Not a spanner. It's a chain wrench. I've always found snappers just round over the brass valve.

Not a good attribute or trait for anyone wanting to communicate verbally. The next thing you should do is PRACTICE what you want to say. Write out a SCRIPT if it help you so you don't have to THINK and SPEAK at the same time. Believe it or not, for a lot of people, that is very hard to do. Do your thinking FIRST, write it down and then practice it. THEN turn on the camera.
