I think the other Dragonborn you are referring to is Tiberius, and he was actually terrible mostly due to his player wanting to take the spotlight and getting all pissy when that wasn't granted every episode which made Tiberius a nightmare to listen to. The player would actually fudge dice rolls so he looked competent, which is not in the spirit of D&D. Said player, Orion Acaba, eventually departed from Critical Role and copyrighted anything Tiberius related, making it so CR cannot really use Tiberius anymore unless they work together with Orion. However, they do not really want to do that anymore because they're not on good terms (which is not surprising considering he's a known abuser). Dohla actually seems to be a jab at Tiberius and Orion, because Tiberius was also a red Dragonborn who was involved in a love triangle with Kima and Allura and also could not handle not being the best at everything.

First lesson don't try to order a dragon like a dog
Darn I like her 😢😢😢😢
I thought the dragon was Tiberius stromwind
It's a jab on tiberius, look into it its pretty funny lol
sub dramatic music 😂
When the episode 2 realised?
Is it wearied thet I spurt his actions for taking revenge on the lovebirds???
man why did they have to make the lady dragonborn a villain
She's meant to be a pretty blatant middle finger to Orion and Tiberius, a player who left on bad terms after being a blatant "That Guy" and his character.
The full episode yyyyyyyyyy
Dohla is smexy dragon mommy, her character arc was too short.
Draconian
So much for having something else than just different sized and colored human in the party/closest allies.
They already resurrected her to take his place, there was no reason to write her out again...
Wait a minute...your say that Dohla is a girl?!?!
You had me until the dragon character was evil again, I'm out
Wait so I'm reading that there was a cooler Dragon born that wasnt terrible and he had a cool name? Why didnt they use him even though the lores a bit different lol? Genuine question (I know next to nothing about Vox)
Dohla actually seems to be a jab at Tiberius and Orion, because Tiberius was also a red Dragonborn who was involved in a love triangle with Kima and Allura and also could not handle not being the best at everything.
that dragonborn actvated the halo rings thier all going to die
Oh wow they're all equally horrible people
What?
*huh?*
