- In today's vlog we head back to Disney World's Hollywood Studios for another trip to Jollywood Nights to see the changes that were made. They've added more characters, changed the way you check in to the Brown Derby, they added more party check in locations, you can get into the party earlier with your daytime ticket and the food locations opened earlier too! We're happy that Disney listened to the guests that didn't love the first night of the event! We hope you had fun hanging out with us! I want to give a BIG thank you to Tim. My son saw him outside at the end of the night and ran over to talk to him all by himself (till I walked over). This is huge since he suffers from anxiety and talking to people. Tim you were so nice and patient with him. I wanted you to know how much it meant to him!
I think they should add free little cups of sparkling cider in various flavors, like the various cookies at Merry. It would add value and whimsy for the guests, and stay in theme of Jollywood, as "faux champagne."

Wish they would bring back Osborne family lights at Hollywood that was something magical to experience..
I can’t get past not being let in the park at 4 pm like they do with Not So Scary and Very Merry Christmas parties. It just isn’t enough time to do much for that high cost.

Good to see they improved the experience. I do wish they’d bring Duffy back to Epcot for the holidays or just in general. He deserves a full time spot not just events😢

Pizzerias meatball was the hit with us. We both expected a meatball to fail and it did not. A+
TIP, you can still use your LL between 7-8 pm if you picked multiple park pass.
Other tip, they close skyliner and boats at 9pm (about 1 hr after normal park hours). They do have busses. It was not very well indicated on signs.
Disney did Kermit dirty with that banana drink. Poor Kermie. 🤣

No lie, I only eat salt & vinegar potato chips with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I absolutely LOVE the combo, so I'd probably really like that donut. I guess it's an acquired taste, lol.

The first night was definitely a trial and error, it's good they listened and made the changes it makes for a better experience for the money you spend.

We went and had a blast ! It felt so magical
After doing the improved Jollywood Nights, I'm starting to enjoy it more than Mickey's Very Merry. The Magic Kingdom party was crowded, and Jollywood was practically empty, everything was a walk on. I also liked the musical show better than the MK castle shows.
Tim feels bad biting Gertie’s head but does it anyway 😂
Was it Kermits milk shake. If its banana Fozzie woulda made more sense with him on the cookie. Kermits milkshake should have been Dragonfly ripple! And make it dragon fruit flavored. Disney by themselves don't understand the muppets. Run flavor ideas by the muppeteers or fans it would help!

Not sure this is what they were referencing with the milkshake but there is a fairly memorable gag from the original Muppets Show called The Banana Sketch which is a sketch everyone seems to know about other than Kermit.
Best part is that they brought Duffy! I wish they would just bring Duffy back all the time so I didn’t keep having to go to Japan.

I’m glad they made changes compared to the first night
we went to the d23 event...it was cute but not really worth an extra $20. They gave a gift which was nice but they gave breadsticks as the free food and they were not good haha

Absurd that these ticket prices are almost as much as Very Merry but no complimentary snacks. They should at the very least throw in a couple cookies and a couple beverages like cider or hot cocoa.

good to see Disney takes what is being said and making changes, always good to wait or go a second time if possible. we are down for a few days the only week they are not doing Jolly nights. have to wait to see if they do it next year.

We were there that night (I got a selfie with Tim at the Tip Top Club). To answer Tim's question, at least part of the reason why people were standing so far back from the stage was because they were making people move so people could still walk through.
