I second the notion that maybe you should snip your twitch chat from these videos. I don't think they're really bringing anything of value, which is normal for twitch chat, but also they're annoying, which is also normal for twitch chat, so i guess the only difference is I can't just close the chat on this video like i can on twitch. Not a deal breaker, but maybe you wanna keep those specific monsters in your closet.
I agree, but unfortunately Artosis HATES being criticized for his chat and complains that people complain about it in his UA-cam videos, instead of focusing on something else. I get ignoring criticisms for his chat while live for his sugar daddies, but for UA-cam? Bizarre

I have to reserve my judgement on the whole balance on the new race. We are only seeing PARTING the goat of stormgate. It may not be that overwhelming but we must see other peoples skill with this new race.
Yea up tô this point i havent seen that many games with celestiais without him playng them and the few i have the celestial players lost só i dont realy know
worth noting that as far as I heard on the private rankings the only celestial in top 10 is Parting at #1. He was also apparently #1 on every other race in previous patches.
i really want to like this, i just can't... too old i guess, can't learn a new rts after 26 years of starcraft

Celestial sound effects for attacks are really grading.
Minimap is so hard ot understand. Units look too small as dots and the black border around them makes them even harder to see

I think it’ll be a little better for early access but not much. They don’t want to do anymore to the game without us. A whole meta is starting to build internally and they need to make sure it’s building in the entire community
It's only Early access it's not like a real 1.0 launch.

Regarding map spawn locations, new RTS games should consider if how maps currently work is really the best we can do. A 4 player map can be seen as two distinct maps, e.g. Citadel close spawn and Citadel cross spawn. However, since the game sees it as a single map, the map designer can't make tweaks that only apply to the cross spawn variant or the close spawn variant.
Additionally, when players get to pick or ban maps in tournaments, they must pick or ban both variants of the map as a bundle. Same goes for tournament organizers when they create the map pool, unless they go in and edit the maps themselves. This has some positives, of course. I'm more against the inflexibility that the game's programming creates.
A good thing with the current system is that players don't know where the opponent spawned, and needs to deal with the randomness when scouting. I imagine spawn locations can be made more interesting though if the player got to pick location or otherwise make a decision at game start; it would add one more variable for players and designers to work with.
