It's amazing to me how the sheep run in terror some days but seem so calm when you're helping them deliver in the birthing pens. It's a if they know in their hearts that you're there to help and mean no harm. It's really amazing to see your relationship with your wooly family!

Sandi , I am in tier 4, here in uk. That is the tightest lockdown. I have been out of my house a total of 4 times since March this year. My escape is watching you and lumnah acres on UA-cam, also learning new crafts also via UA-cam. I thank you for all you have done and wish you and all your family a merry christmas!

My heart breaks with you when the stillborn lamb is delivered. The gentleness you exercised when placing that sweet little lamb outside the pen shows your true nature. You are a kind, kind woman.
We have a family at our tiny school that had their 12 year old son die yesterday. This is the second child at our school this year that has died. My heart goes out to these families that would do anything to be isolated with the ones they lost. I do appreciate you sharin' your day, you brightened this somber mama's heart.

Thank you so much for sharing your days in the barn. I've been stuck at home since March staring at my walls and I miss being able to be outside! I live in a very urban setting and parks are crowded. I know you are crazy busy which makes it even more special that you are taking time to think of those of us stuck at home!

I feel for you . We finally got a house a few years back. We lived in a city in a box (apartment) closed in on nearly all sides. I went stir crazy. If hubby an d I were locked up in it now, I don't know what I'd do. So happy to be in a house now, quiet and I can go into my yard.

Ms Sandi, they close us down, then they open us up. Thank God we all live together so our Christmas will be normal. Right now we are open. I have visited all my shut in friends as Santa. I delivered lunch to my vet yesterday as Santa. Next 2 days going for kids. For the record, my costume is sprayed with lysol, I wear a mask under the beard and I wear gloves. Totally a covid Santa. I put my picture on your email. You DO make our staying home better. Sandi since April you made my life better. Thank you and God bless.😘😘
Sandi you are an amazing person, you bring joy to all those around. Plus you have the best entertainment right now, I would be living in the barn with all those babies. I know I do when my girls kid, my wife asks if I am going to stay out there with them or go to the house. I would prefer to have the babies in the house with me, of course, but that doesn't happen. Oh Sandi trust me your videos are so appreciated by this Momma, Grandma, Great grandma. I found you 2019. I had pneumonia 3 times that year. I lived in the bedroom all year protecting my family. I found your channel. I cannot tell you how much you and your channel have enriched my life. Honestly, I am not exaggerating. We help raise our great grandson and even he has learned about the lambs. My poor wife who hates birth stuff and was traumatised by sheep birth aged four HATES that these videos are like my little advent calendar, soothing me through the season with lambs and soft bleating. I don't know why I find all this so soothing - I'm sure you don't, Sandi! But thank you for sharing this with us, they're my little slice of peace to get me through a high pain time before I have a medically-necessary hysterectomy. Watching these mamas be so good for their babies eases the sting of knowing I won't ever do that myself, just a little.

Sad Christmas all over our beautiful world. To top that not only one, but several mutations discovered in the world. Lets hope the vaccine can take care of all of them. Lockdown also in my country and borders closing. But we will get trough this. Cinnamon is over in the weaning barn. Sandi doesn't get there much during lambing, Carissa does the feeding over there. Sandi has already said she is keeping Cinnamon.

Sandi, you and a few other podcasters, midsomer murders are the antidote when the waves of silence crash down and the loneliness sucks on my ankles between the waves. Brought in my living tree, started decorating it and said screw it, that is enough to be Charlie Brown tree. pulled ribs out of freezer since will be alone for first time in 31yrs I am essentially skipping Christmas and hoping the infection ratel eases in the US so the younger nurses catch a break soon.Meanwhile I spin yarn and watch your podcasts and wait for the world to settle down a bit. Lams lambs lambs. This lambing has thrown a number of challenges but you are now so experienced verses 4/5 years ago able to diagnose and use your expertise calmly.. It is interesting how the lambings vary so much from group to group.

The snowflake ornament is called Quilling. It is a craft which requires so much patience. I learned how to quill in grade school. (I am not sure who made it for you, but it is BEAUTIFUL!)

I wanted you to know that you brought serious tears to my eyes when you mentioned how you were thinking about us - your viewers. I've been pretty much locked in the house since March. Left for doctor's appointments and a few salon trips while cases weren't super low in our area. Now they're spiking into the stratosphere, and to top it off, on Friday, when I "came home" from work (came up from my basement virtual classroom where I teach) I discovered that my husband of 19 years decided to take a road trip and figure himself out. Says he'll be back in January, or maybe February, decided to drive to Florida. From Oregon. I'm only barely keeping it together, but, as was the case back in the beginning of the lockdown, your videos -- particularly the lambing ones, give me a deep peace. Thank you.
