The scene at the billiards table when her arm clutched the table, it gave me chills. It the subtle techniques she uses to portray Diana’s distain for conforming to the Royal family.
Did anyone notice in the beginning when Diana stopped at the roadside diner to get directions, notice the name of the restaurant. I believe it's a nod to her childhood nickname Duch... Duchess. 🦋 This movie was amazing and at times it was like watching Diana. Kristen was beyond brilliant! Sad, tragic life for a kind and beautiful human. I still mourn her. 🦋💜
I keep thinking, WAS Diana so constantly awkward? I could see some of the shyness but there were times she SHINED in front of others. She was BRAVE, and showed us how we should act, not always fragile. Hard to tell from a trailer, I look forward to seeing the full movie!
I remember Diana leaning into Dodi as they waited for their car...he pulled her close to him. Charles, in a similar situation during a press photo shoot straightened up and almost pushed her away. If only he had loved her...

Sad thing it's recent history of Diana and people have a fascination with her.
Transcendent, translucent, beyond praise. Cannot imagine what the SAG and BAFTA nominating committees were thinking. No KStew to be seen, Diana's Psyche in full evidence; literally felt her pain and conflicts through the screen. If ever a performance deserved the Oscar, it's this one. Brava, bravissima.

Like you knew the real Diana😂🤣😂🤣
its crazy her natural awkward body language actually matches diana's shy/uncomfortableness pretty well. i wasn't expecting that
@@melvawages7143 She came across as quite awkward in the interviews during the 1990s
I’m glad they made a 2nd trailer that still has the same powerful soundtrack & cinematography but more dialogue from Kristen, bc that was everyone’s complaint that they couldn’t make out how well her accent & acting was. I think she seems pretty brilliant for the most part, the only time I heard “Kristen” was at the very end “will they kill me, you think?” I could hear a crack of her raspy American voice, but for the most part I think it seems like she’s going to be pretty phenomenal in this. High hopes, even though this isn’t my typical genre, I’ll watch it to see how good she does.
They show what a garbage movie this will be IMO. If this is the best footage they have you know this movie isn't going to be good. I thought Diana was mediocre but I think this one will be worse than that.
its crazy her natural awkward body language actually matches diana's shy/uncomfortableness pretty well. i wasn't expecting that
Damn, it looks like Kristin kills it! I always rooted for her. Amazing. Most underrated actor.
“Will they kill me, do you think?” I cried.
Me too. She knew
And that’s why Harry got the fuk out of there
Yes they will !
This looks AMAZING!!! KRISTEN has really outdid herself I’m so excited to watch this
Yes, she has. Honestly, even as a Kristen fan, I didn't expect this.
@@rossen8384 I’m surprised but also not , I’ve seen all her movies and her acting has been really great in the last 5-6 years!
its crazy her natural awkward body language actually matches diana's shy/uncomfortableness pretty well. i wasn't expecting that
Diana was shy yet graceful never awkward and clumsy
She did a lot of ballet dancing at school. So of course she would move gracefully.
Never thought i would say this, but Im speechless about Kristen Stewart's acting skills Bravo!
I haven't cried watching a trailer in....... maybee ever. but man the second she started speaking I was overcome with emotion. I love her... Kristen and Diana... so very much xoxox
I was a little apprehensive about this because I’m not that big a fan of Kristen Stewart, but this looks amazing. And those shots of her where she DOES look like Diana are just woah. And her voice. She really has the cadence down.
MY GIRL WILL FINALLY GET THE RECOGNITION AND RESPECT SHE DESERVES
Exactly
EXACTLY. oh man I can't wait until this comes out and people see and know. and the oscars next year ahhhhh
Bullshit! Stop trying to over-hype that bland fuckin' actress!
@@blacksiren8897 If you disagree with me, you could've expressed that opinion in a more polite way. If you don't appreciate or love her work, that's okay. Clearly, there are people who love her acting and it all comes down to personal preference. I don't find her acting bland. Since you do, feel free to sit this one out, instead of spitting hate.
should have won that Oscar; she really nailed the accent, looks and mannerisms 🙌🏼
the haters need to check out personal shopper, such an underrated gem with my favorite performance by kstew 🥰
And Clouds of Sils Maria!
I love that movie
She’s never been more beautiful! I can’t believe it’s her. Wow
2:01 sent shivers down my spine, if she isn't at least nominated for the next Oscar season for this, it will be very sad to see.
This looks amazing, she has really grown over the years as an actress, hopefully, people can now look beyond her former movies and see the work and effort she has put into this.
Hmmm we have been watching her movies since Twilight so no we dont need to look beyond anything... girl has been proving herself over and over again HENCE why she got this role.. maybe you should catch up with her movies... you should watch Seberg and Lizzie.. those are two for ya.
@@alegriasiempre1513 think you misunderstood, basically was saying people should stop judging her for twilight and look beyond that at her other work lol 😆 seriously I know my movies
Looks awesome and Kristen keeps proving her haters wrong
No, this role was perfect for her. It aligns with her natural acting. Very angst, very her. I'll give her that. But her other stuff still sucks, sorry.
Yes Kristen TELL THEM
@@MNcoquicoqui Which of her other movies beside Twilight suck?
@@ware0081 EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. She was trained to act by her father.
@@MNcoquicoqui Yeah but which particular ones don't you like?
this movie is gonna get Kristen an academy award
So true
Yes -- that's definitely the buzz!
the part "will they kill me you think" struck me, like all those theories and conspiracies long ago that she was killed by the royal family. I think they intentionally put that in the trailer to make a stir with the audiences so the trailer would be on the top list
Watch Princess Diana's last interview before she died. She mentioned there that Charles was planning to kill her by a car accident. And she died because of that! CHARLES WANTED TO GET RID OF HER TO MARRY THE HORSE FACE CAMILLA!!
@@lynlynn2564 link to said interview?
@@lynlynn2564 you are ill informed. Charles and Diana were already divorced so he was free to marry anyone he wanted. Also, Diana was in love with a Pakistani surgeon Hasnat Khan, which continued for 2 years, all the way till just 1 month before she died in that accident. Another aspect, you have obviously not followed Martin Bashir's story about how he lied to her in order to get an interview with her. He filled her head with all sorts of conspiracies which made her say all those things you have mentioned. Now we know all that was untrue.
Royal family killed her with all they did to her
@@antgrkh588 you are obviously ignorant. Think before making such libelous claims. I have reported you.
"Will they kill me, you think?" That line still gets to me.
I've seen this film... Kristen will win an academy award for it, she is brilliant :)
How did you see it?
Where can this film be seen?
Just get shivers every time I see Kristen Stuart, has Lady Diana. Followed Lady Diana at the very beginning, and loved Kristen in Twilight! Kristen, has done tremendous work, at playing Lady Diana. Amazing work KRISTEN!! I can not think of any one better to play Lady Diana, not ever! Congratulations on your amazing work!! Lots of L💕ve to YOU! 🌸💕🌸💕🌸💕🌸💕
Even over 20 years after she died the media still won't leave her alone. And hounds her story for money.
She's dead, media's not following her. Also isn't it better to remember her like this than just forgetting her? It's a movie based on Diana, and if it's good, I'm sure Diana wouldn't mind. Also it's hard to leaving something alone when the actual reason of her death is still unknown.
@@ree7973 it’s not unknown. It was a car accident caused by speed and a drunk driver coupled with the absence of a seat belt
@@puffpiece1375 yea that's what they said. But there are a lot of conspiracy involved in this case as well as many things were hidden. You can believe what the Royal's say but nobody knows the real truth.
Kristin Stewart has just been killing all her roles of late, she’s really grown in her acting talent. I went from just seeing her as the girl from twilight to this amazing actress. She is incredible in this.
Paaahahaha
Same with Robert Pattinson as well. He played a lot of indie movies over the years but he’s been redeeming his career again.
She killed her role as Bella Swan too, did you even read the books?
Maybe I'm blind but I just don't see what you see.
@@aaarb20 Exactly. The vast majority willingly ignores this fact, but it's their business anyway. Not reality.
It's crazy ,I feel Diana's soul in Kristen Steward in this film.
Amazing skill of acting !
Great actress, with a deep inner world, the beauty of the soul is in the face. BRAVO👏
I didn't really know what to expect when sitting down in the cinema to this movie but Kristen Stewart nailed this to the last detail. Her speech, her mannerisms, I was extremely impressed with her performance. She did Diana justice. This move brilliantly captured her anguish like no other film I've ever seen about Diana.
This trailer looking so good 😍 eagerly waiting for this movie and Kristen on big screen ❤️😘
I never took kirsten seriously but this gave me chills...
The longer I live the more that I realise how much of the past becomes fiction
Thank you
That's a great statement.
When I first heard Kristen was going to play Princess Di in a movie I wanted to jump in the hate-wagon but after seeing this trailer, I'm kind of here for it. Not mad at all!
I smell Oscar. Goosebumps. Kristen Stewart will nail it.
This is just the trailer but goosebumps and tears everywhere! Whooooh!!!
So many people: Kristen Stewart can't act.
Spencer Trailer: Hold my beer.
🤣🤣🤣
So many people: Because she can't

Give Kristen all the awards 📣📣📣
Ok as much as I don’t like her acting I must admit this looks marvelous! Can’t wait.
Have you seen any of her films besides Twilight? She's done some amazing indie films.

Blown away by Kristen yet again. She does that with every role. Never mind the haters, they simply don't know what they're talking about. Can't wait to see this.
Duchess. 🦋
This movie was amazing and at times it was like watching Diana. Kristen was beyond brilliant! Sad, tragic life for a kind and beautiful human. I still mourn her. 🦋💜
I can't wait to watch this. Kristen Stewart is so outstanding.
Every time i watch this, i cry..magnificent!
I just watched this in shock 😮
Omg!!! Well done Kristen Stewart 👏
I got goosebumps , such a massive but a beautiful transformation .
I keep thinking, WAS Diana so constantly awkward? I could see some of the shyness but there were times she SHINED in front of others. She was BRAVE, and showed us how we should act, not always fragile. Hard to tell from a trailer, I look forward to seeing the full movie!
Kristen Stewart is like a force that radiates from the screen. I was stunned by this trailer. Let's not forget the rest of the excellent cast.
I remember Diana leaning into Dodi as they waited for their car...he pulled her close to him. Charles, in a similar situation during a press photo shoot straightened up and almost pushed her away. If only he had loved her...
In the Ritz Hotel at Paris? How would anyone know?
Always feel bad for William and Harry from childhood till now they have to keep reliving their mother life and death either in the media TV shows or films. Most people don't have to live with that portrayal of someone they've lost in death flashing up all the time especially you're mother it as to be hard mentally. Sad thing it's recent history of Diana and people have a fascination with her.
And watch other people profit from it
Lots of running. Kristen looks extraordinary as if she’s tapped into something extra special
i feel like this is going to be a great movie
Transcendent, translucent, beyond praise. Cannot imagine what the SAG and BAFTA nominating committees were thinking. It's not a biopic, nor an imitation, but a psychodrama with horror movie overtones about Diana's Id At The Breaking Point, which is precisely what Kristen Stewart plays, to perfection. No KStew to be seen, Diana's Psyche in full evidence; literally felt her pain and conflicts through the screen. If ever a performance deserved the Oscar, it's this one. Brava, bravissima.
I’ve been waiting for the role to come for Kristen Stewart to showcase how brilliant of an actress she is and finally this is it!!! In the trailer alone, Diana’s essence is all over her performance…can’t wait to see this!
Personal Shopper already showcased it. And Clouds of Sils Marie. And Still Alice. And Speak.
@@IndieRockerHippy All great roles for her. This is definitely her breakout performance for Oscar buzz.
So natural act by kristen Stewart can't wait for this masterpiece ❤🙏🏻
Kristin looks AMAZING in this portrait
Words cannot describe how interested I am to see Kristen in this role. I will definitely be going to see this.
I have always hated the absolute disgusting bullying of Kirsten Stewart’s character and acting I have never thought she’s a bad actress at all! And those who are saying she’s awkward can’t talk it’s the era of introverts! Who calls people socially anymore? Out of 10 people you will get 9 with anxiety. She looks magnificent in this and as always she will be amazing 🤩
I'm 48 with two M.A.-s, still I just have to admit: I loooove Twilight. :) It's a perfect teenage love story, refreshing to watch and Kristen is a perfect Bella to me. I look forward to Spencer, quite promising, it will be nice to see a deeper directorial insight into Diana's very complicated character. I'm sure Kristen will do an excellent job.
Diana wouldn't be caught dead wearing the double 'C' Chanel, let alone on her sunglasses.
I smell an Oscar for Kristen!! Well done...
I wad quite shocked when I recognize Kristen, I didn’t know that she will playing Diana and then I saw the first trailer! And seems to be really convinced in the role! Can’t wait to see this movie!
From Bella to Diana. That's a really huge upgrade. Kristen, you got it
Smssgu
Looks really enticing, can't believe it's Kristen Stewart but honestly I am really tired of the media/Hollywood trying to make the UK royals look bad 100% of the time. Come on, what about their own issues in their own country. Nevertheless, excited to watch this :)
Absolutely love this incredible beautiful soul who came to change the world to teach us to love each other no matter what status rank race or colour 💗🙏
God Bless you Diana 💗🙏💗
"will they kill me, you think?" ...they actually went there . Larrain makes great films about real characters and their inner struggles. Its gonna be amazing.
