The lightest unit for horizontal small tapcons, my small M12 is still in my top5 tools ever... For ladder and overhead work.
But for vertical, and below your knees.. Power, length (less stress on your joints) and weight are King/queen/jack!
I have a 30 yr old Bosch 40lb corded beast, that is overkill and is undefeated... But never overhead lol.
    Great review!

Excellent thoughts chip! And great feedback for others that hopefully read the comments. Those Bosch drills like that just don't die man! They're great. Thanks for checking out the video Chip!

I have both these tools, the idea was to go cordless replacing both my Harbor Freight rotory hammer drill. Even though i gave away my small Harbor Freight 1 1/8" i find myself going the smaller 7/8" FLEX and anything bigger the corded big boy Harbor Freight so i never used the second FLEX.

Interesting Ricky! I'm looking forward to putting the ⅞" to the test.

Best flex reviews on YT. You’ve sold (too) many flex tools to me! :) any chance you’d look at their compact drill/impact next? Thanks!!

Have you re-greased it? I have worked with Dewalt and Milwaukee that leaked out grease after long term use.

How does the smaller one do compared to their higher end hammer drill

Did you watch the video? I haven't had the chance to use the smaller one yet. Very soon I will post a video of it. Sorry I didn't have footage or video of using it yet.
