Im a silversmith, not a goldsmith. But I do know a bit about goldworking. And just looking at it, no way the piece being made is 24k. The colors way wrong for even 22k. It looks 18k to me.

The jewelry they made for this was probably a return from the last person who bought a product they made. "I loved the item but I wore it for one day and it collapsed under it's own weight" lol

Jewellery cannot be made by 24K... It must be 22k or lower
