I like that Red Hot Chillies ablum warped being my favorite and one big mob. Their next album was the best Californacation loads of deep tracks on it. It would of been even better if they had both John and Dave on twin guitars on that album.
This was a good list. You did a good job of picking albums that are genuinely divisive among the fans. My thoughts on the albums you shared that I know. 1) Korn-Untiled: I actually like this one quite a bit. More than most Korn fans. I'd put it around 6-7th place in their discography. 2) Metallica- Load: If Load was an album by some unheralded roots rock band it would be viewed as a very solid album. As a Metallica album though it just cant compete with their best stuff. 3) RHCP- One hot Minute: Middle of the road album from them. They always sound very different when John Frusciante isn't involved. There's some very high highs and very low lows on this album. 4) Rush- Hold your Fire: Garbage. I'm a huge Rush fan but admittedly the only album from their "synth era" that I like is Signals. Thanks so much for the video. good choices
Yooo..."One Hot Minute" is so far from "middle of the road"...it's a standalone, and is a wild trip, and the band taking a tumultuous time and making lovely music out of it, with the amazing Dave Navarro...I would urge you to run through it again, and (try to) forget John Frusciante isn't playing on it...hard to do, I know...
Nice video man :). Hey also wanted to mention. You had said you lost subs little bit ago and a lot at once. I heard there’s bots that just de activate after a while. So it could’ve been that. :). Anyway. 🤟🤟. Ps. Have you heard the new cradle of filth song :)
@@synystersanta1017 Thanks. Ah ok. Yes, I have heard the new Cradle Of Filth song. I think it’s pretty good. Sounds like their early to mid 2000s stuff.
I actually like Results May Vary overall, however, I would make a few changes. Trim a few tracks and add a few that should have made that album to begin with, like Crack Addict!
Most divisive in my catalogue? Probably The Shaggs "Philosophy Of The World"...I know it is bad, but once I get past the "music" I find myself enjoying their slice of life lyrics and silly voices..."What Are Parents?" and "My Pal Foot Foot" are a blast, but my Friends hate when I decide to play them in the car..."Load" was terrible, except for "Hero Of The Day", which was amazing!
@@maxpalmer3212 nice. I do think the Unto The Locust album from 2011 is also really good and I think if you like the Blackening then you’ll like Unto The Locust. Burn My Eyes will always be my favorite though.

@@tfive1060 thanks. Oh man, I like the synth era but I do like all their albums. Yeah, can’t beat those 80s Metallica albums.

@ I’ll give it a fresh listen. I’ll admit it’s been a while since I listened to it cover to cover

Yes, youtube took about 400 subs off me about 5 months ago 😢
Nice list of divisive albums. Some I'm personally not interested in checking out. The standouts were Machine Head, Kreator and Korn.
@@tainted_lord87 thanks. Fair enough.

@@BlinkPS2 Agreed, especially with the trimming. Crack Addict is a good one. Shot is a song that comes to mind for me.

I only care for old machinehead (1994-2007) with burning red being my favorite
