Since there’s only a little coolant on that cylinder, just use a head gasket sealer, there like 35$ and they work if it’s bars stop leak, it’s sealed head gaskets on UA-cam with solid proof. It contains liquid glass and gasket fibers.
I would if the car had a valid inspection and didn't need tires, if I could nurse it along for a while and it was already registered, sure, but I ain't even got this thing in my name yet.
