People can't have a narrow taste in food, just because you have a narrow mindset! I know jollof rice and bean pudding to be Nigerian dishes, I didn't think they belonged to a particular "tribe"!
We have old and new gra, ur narrative isn't correct; u most not be an MD in oil firm or what ever. Old gra is part of river's state capital which is port-harcourt, is better u call the name of the area than to call everywhere port-harcourt.
That depend on your age!! People in their 20's to 40's might prefer Lagos for sure! But people in their 50's, 60's and 70's might actually prefer Port Harcourt! It has by far fewer population, fewer slums, not as manic traffic jams, it has more greeneries! Port Harcourt is also as multi ethnic as Lagos, but without any one ethnic group laying sole claim to the city and disturbing others!
@@aframaco9491 yeah cos Lagos is yoruba land while portharcourt is Owned by multiple groups, Lagos is no where near as multi ethnic natively,,also yes I'm in my 20s and i prefer Lagos cos Lagos is just way more developed in everything and fun too, the traffic jams problem is a problem but it depends on your location and your profession
@@oluwadamilola6233 So you literally agree with me on all the points I made . That's so nice to hear! In your 20's Lagos would be right up your street! Mmmm. I prefer Port Harcourt to Lagos though. Apart from improved opportunities for getting a job, I'd pick PHC. Port Harcourt is much more serene. Weather is cooler year round, the city is greener and the roads are in a better shape than what is currently found in Lagos. Plus I detest the traffic in Lagos. Also Lagos is more expensive to live in when it comes to property rentals. Yeah PHC has some expensive neighbourhoods but you generally get good value for the money and won't have to live too far from business and industrial districts to have affordable housing in a decent environment. Street parking in Lagos is also not very convenient. So I think it's beyond just the age as a number. But it's down to individual preferences. Personally, I'd pick Port Harcourt and Abuja (as cities with over 3m residents each) over Lagos (way past 10m residents) as far as quality of life is concerned, I just don't need to see too many human beings all over me, I like my space and I value ambience.. But that's my own preference.
wow,i have never seen such beautiful estate before lovely greenry
Portharcourt is a better, sane and cleaner city than Lagos❤
Don't exaggerate. I have lived in portharcourt, it's not anywhere compared to Lagos with is polluted air.
Our city is beautiful ❤❤❤

If you want the opportunity go to Lagos.
What opportunity?
Are you talking about the opportunity's for up coming agboros 😂 No offence Pls
That's y there is no opportunity in ur state that makes u prefer Lagos to ur state.
