In today's age we are burdened with number of similar authorities as passed by different Apex court on almost similar/ analogous subject/ point, Judgement most often has to currently deal with all those before coming to own. Judgement does not thus necessarily put its own conclusion in smaller note, but to expressly rule out others referred authorities as brought before it drawing attention.
