The doors on our toolboxes were always bent and one day I saw a guy doing that. I couldn’t believe anyone thought that was ok to do. I fabricated a combination strap bar holder and ladder for all the trucks.

we make 250 to 300 day in Maryland. i cant think who woulda work and hourly job like this. as a finisher the union wouldn't let you touch a board. you would sit on the bucket until concrete showed up. nice to see you dropping loads daily. easy money bro. i hope you give the guys bonuses on holidays, the reason i quit work 21hr pouring concrete was no bonus pay. i can make 300$ in 4 hours without a contract. imagine what you make. your forming and pouring. if you take existing out its ALOT more$$$$. so my point being is concrete should be salary. no experience= hr rate. experienced finisher= rate work. besides that, concrete is easy. some skill is involved but its common sense. i enjoy watching youre videos for some reason idk why ill pour 40 yards n come home watch you pour ..... im honestly in awe watching other man do the work i do LOLwondering what they doing when problems arise. that kinda stufff. thanks for content dont stop!

That’s all we had to coming up as a kid. Wheel barrels and shovels. Man I didn’t even know what a buggy was until my 20’s. We’d wheel barrel truck loads of concrete. 2 young kids running with them barrels full too. Now I wanna pump everything🤣
I work at a police/jail dept. Been a shortage of plasticware this year periodically. I went to order a month ago and place I use will jack the price up when low. A box of spoons was like $144 a thousand. Wait a week and they would have them at $23. Mop heads are also here and there in availability and price.
The spoons are stuck offshore at the Ports in Los Angeles and Long Beach. This is a made up slow down. Plus California regulations don't help with the trucks.

I am sure truck issues every where is an issue. Back when the whole covid thing started I almost got into a physical fight at work because it was "MY Fault" I didn't order enough supplies before everyone started panic buying. I literally backed down an officer who was 4 inches taller and 40 pounds heavier than me and 25 years younger than me. I was pissed beyond belief. Guys still raise their hands and say, I don't want trouble when I walk into a room, lol.

I agree with the title we get that assumption all the time we bid a job for 10,000 people automatically assume we making 10k don't realize we gotta pay for laborers, materials etc but keep up the great work victory....
That’s all we had to coming up as a kid. Wheel barrels and shovels. Man I didn’t even know what a buggy was until my 20’s. We’d wheel barrel truck loads of concrete. 2 young kids running with them barrels full too. Now I wanna pump everything🤣

I work at a police/jail dept. Been a shortage of plasticware this year periodically. I went to order a month ago and place I use will jack the price up when low. A box of spoons was like $144 a thousand. Wait a week and they would have them at $23. Mop heads are also here and there in availability and price.
Distributors are LOVING the ANY REASON to RAISE prices ..... We are a "consumer"culture ..... Highest in the world, I've heard .....
The spoons are stuck offshore at the Ports in Los Angeles and Long Beach. This is a made up slow down. Plus California regulations don't help with the trucks.

@@keithfreitas2983 I was told it was from labor shortage and use of plastics for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) Shortage of mops and antibacterial soap due to covid 19, although the soap and mops were getting easier to get now. I am sure truck issues every where is an issue. Back when the whole covid thing started I almost got into a physical fight at work because it was "MY Fault" I didn't order enough supplies before everyone started panic buying. I literally backed down an officer who was 4 inches taller and 40 pounds heavier than me and 25 years younger than me. I was pissed beyond belief. Guys still raise their hands and say, I don't want trouble when I walk into a room, lol.
