Banana pancakes are absolutely insane with brown bananas! Just mash one big banana into a bowl until as smooth as u can get it ahaha, then one egg and 3 big table spoons off flour! Makes 3, perfect amount for a quick breakfast, or double it and chuck them in the freezer and put them in the toaster when u want them! Quickest and yummiest breakfast ever, and super filling! Only uses a bowl and a pan too if you hate washing up as much as me lol! Hope you have a lovely week at work girlyyy x
