During Assembly elections, people in the south are very unintelligently pouring in for congress or some local stupid parties. But for loksabha, same unintelligent people becoming intelligent and making intelligent decision for the country. If you keep doing the same, you are making your own state people away from the schemes of the center. State will make sure that the schemes are not reachable to the state poor people. So make sure you have the same party come to power as in the center. Otherwise you are not anything good to your own state.
