Watched it in slomo and while "a lot of contact" might be an overstatement, there was definitely contact. Enough that you can see the Japanese player's arm actually pushed into her by the contact. Slow down the playback at 34:48 & you'll see it too. While Johnson did get to the disc first, she doesn't get there without the contact. Even under USAU rules I think it's a legit foul. With WFDF's stricter rules on contact, there's no question it was a foul. The Japanese player was probably just a bit too stunned to make the call.
19:04 such close call! and 19:59 looked like OB
First pull 3:56
17:30 He possessed it
you are right both times
13:23 He never possessed it
"foul, you didn't let me catch the disc"
Hyvä Lucy!
17:22
渡辺さんを見に来た人用
16:56
雅之さん愛してる❤️
The japanese complain and contest Soo much!! Not just this game in general!
These commentators are ridiculous. That was a solid D by Kelly Johnson and hence a solid no call by her opponent.
38:26 One of the commentators almost misspoke and called Kelly Johnson a "him". Like what?
