How to setup and use a Roland plotter cutter

Hi thanks for the tut just a question . In what program do you open the file in order to print is it Corel draw? and the file is pdf or Eps ? Thanks for your time

The programme used here is Techsoft 2D Design and files export straight to CNC, without conversion.
