Not really- If anything, I'd say it's the uppercut dash. Not too hard to learn, has a load of good variations and serves as a GREAT extender which is applicable to all characters. If anything, this servers as the best SAITAMA tech, as it's an easy m1 extender, although it does cost a shove to use. To be honest, 2 m1 shove tech is probably just as good considering it does virtually the same damage; aside from the fact it uses a front dash, although that's fine as long as you slow your m1's and use consecs (this being if you want to hit an uppercut dash or smthn).
Aside from the absolute YAPPATHON, Materia is simply propagating the tech further because he believes not everybody has grasped it well enough in just one vid. Thus, he made this one. He did explain it through the start, although it's understandable if you missed it or didn't understand it.
