This may be TMI but also helpful!!! I stopped taking birth control at the beginning of this year just to see what it was like being off of it as I have been on birth control for 8 years. Turns out, since I finally got to experience my body naturally I found that I was having irregular periods, like before I was put on the medication, and discovered I actually have PCOS.
Moral of the story: it can be helpful to be off birth control to figure out what is going on in your body before taking birth control to cover up symptoms

You shouldn’t have to worry about providing a wedding day vlog. It’s already a stressful day, don’t add onto it. Take that day and make it yours, don’t worry about vlogging.
You should see if you live next to a Burn Bootcamp! Burn is the besssst it’s super good for cardio days too and you essentially have a trainer in a group setting!
I totally agree with Zane the green on green is the way to go! he’s right it’s the only time you’ll get to wear something like that. that’s what’s great about newly (definitely wrote it wrong) you try things you normally wouldn’t. even if you wear it for an hour who know you might find a better way to make it fit for you. but whatever you pick you’re gonna look good in!

I do orange theory 4 days a week and I love it! The best part is you choose how hard you want to work, but it’s a really great sweat everytime!

I think getting on bc for some time and letting your body regulate would be beneficial, especially because you were on the depo shot for longer than they typically recommend.
If your using bc to prevent pregnancy, start tracking your ovulation, as there’s a window of when you can get pregnant and when you cant

I’m catching up on the vlogs. But i do orange theory once a month. It’s really at your own pace! But also it’s super fun it’s a mix of treadmill rows and light weights. I have a lot of fun doing it but i feel like i can’t say fully since i only do it once a month. You should definitely try it though :)

Just want to say with coming off birth control and trying to conceive, don’t be worried if your cycles never regulate to how they were before! I was SO anxious about getting pregnant because my cycles went wildly irregular after BC but I’m pregnant with my 4th and last baby and have been so blessed not having issues conceiving even with super crazy period dates😅♥️
I got pregnant right after I got off birth control (with the purpose of stopping to conceive) They say its easier to get pregnant after coming off BC.
You need to try pomegranate sauce in tour dressings! We get it in a turkish grocery store but maybe you can look online? It's the best

Orange theory changed my life. I literally was never able to stick to a workout routine, ever! I tried OT once and I was hooked. I go 5 days a week for the last 3 months. Beyond amazing. Great coaches, challenging workouts. I hated running, couldn’t run more than 2 minutes and now I love my tread block. Just try it, trust me!

I always just mix my serums with my moisturizer
Orangetheory is amazing and I’ve done it for years!!!! Cardio is a big part of the each class though. I’d recommend checking out F45, there is cardio classes but it’s more strength focused. Both are fun high intensity group classes and you can’t go wrong!

Orange theory (OTF) is great!!! U r able to walk on the treadmills u don’t have to run but u can’t hold on to the rails which is great… u also do row machines which is great n they teach u the proper technique of rowing n then u do weights n strength…. It is amazing n u will love it 💖n u wear a heart rate monitor n u can watch how ur heart rate is n calories burned
