In Karate you achieve a snapping loud sound when executing technic in a Karate Gi (uniform). 🥋 You can hear that sounds already when I train only with a t-shirt! 👕🏁 that's only possible when you have real lightning speed ⚡ and power! Love the video! Weight training is so important. Especially, as we age. Love the training in nature, and making use of everything around you! It's great to see the hanbo used in karate. I've only seen it in older jujutsu arts like Kukishin ryu. Great stuff!

I can't get my own Tonfa because my wife won't let me buy Tonfa because I had a fight with Crazy Guy this summer so it's very sad to me. Dear Sebastian, interesting idea! 💡 I hope it doesn't sound arrogant what I now say, but it's real! In Karate you achieve a snapping loud sound when executing technic in a Karate Gi (uniform). 🥋 You can hear that sounds already when I train only with a t-shirt! 👕🏁 that's only possible when you have real lightning speed ⚡ and power!
