3/4 cup melted butter (salted)
3 whole eggs
1 1/3 cup fresh milk
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
BUTTERCREAM:
1 cup butter (salted)
1 cup all-purpose cream / thickened cream/ heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar

Thanks for the recipe . At first i wanna give up sa mixing kase nag liquid state . But sabi nga ni chef keep mixing . Ayun inabot ako ng 15 mins of mixing sa stand mixer. Finally na achieve din ang smooth texture butter cream . At hindi masyado matamis . Thanks chef RV
Naalala ko when i had my very first buttercream icing. Nag curdle yung butter and cream, halos umiyak na ako kasi akal ko mali yung ginagawa ko. Suddenly nag solidify yung buttercream after several minutes. So happy to know na normal lang pala mag tubig yung buttercream in the beginning. 😁 Thanks Chef! ❤️

Ano ba ang tinatawag na shortening? Kung gagamit ako ng cocoa powder sa halip na chocolate sqwares na unsweetened para hindi na ako magmelt ng chocolate sqwares. Kung Hersheys chocolate naman ang gagamitin ko paano iconvert ang 2 chocolate sqwares ? Thanks kung matulungan mo ako.

just curious lang... why some people dislike the video? I love all his video, very informative. It is very good para doon sa mga taong tulad ko na walang knowledge in baking. Wala naman kasing masama para i-dislike yung video. Unless siguro if Chef RV said something negative or cursing words then I can understand why they dislike it.

aspiring baker po ako, bumili po ako ng mga baking tools and ngayon po nag-sstart ako manood ng YT vids, and eto po una kong pinanood and worth it kase ang dami kong natutunan with just one vid.
gustong gusto ko mag benta ng cupcakes pero di ko alam kung kaya ko ba gawin lalo na yung butter cream. nung una nastress ako kasi nagtubig tapos parang nag buo buo sya na maliliit pero sinunod ko po yung sabi mo na "kapag natakot ka, just keep on doing it. Nakakatouch si chef.. ako i want to start baking bussiness pero wala akong expirience sa pagbabake talaga but i already hve tools na for bakinh and nanunuod lang ako ng youtube un ang sinusundan ko (actually meron akong 100 downloaded vids about baking).. but the problem is im too SENSITIVE.. everytime i failed pinagtatawanan ako ng brothers ko na kahit gusto kong ipush pero bumabagsak ung confidence ko nauunahan ako ng isip ko na "wag na nga lang baka palpak" ung ganon.. pero nung sinabi ni chef na "pag natatakot ka just keep doing" parang nakakabuhay ng loob..

A lot if newbie bakers think buying a Kitchen Aid is a must, It is a good investment, but better buy it if you are already accustomed to baking as well as if you are confident on producing large quantities of items. A good hand mixer for starting does not need to be very expensive as an alternative brand with an reasonable price (but not super cheap that its performance is poor) can get you a long way.
My butter cream separated as I mixed the whole thing for about 10 mins. Not sure what to do now? Any advice :(

Gosh, thank you chef! I tried it kanina, the cupcakes were soooo goooooddd!!!! Ngka problem ako sa Icing, very watery talaga, tas nangangalay na yung kamay ko, nag give na ako tas yung icing nilagay ko sa ref. Sa mornining kinuha ko to try again for 5mins straight and no.2 na speed, and guess what? Nakuha ko siya!!!!! Need talaga ng air tapos SUPER PATIENCE!!!! SALAMAT nga MARAMI Chef 😘😁😁😁😁😁

Mam pano po un all purpose cream no need npo ilagay sa ref and ok lg po ba ung regular na white sugar wala napo kase ako powdered sugar
@@toufilove8593 powdered sugar po kelangan. Yung powdered sugar helps stabilize the butter cream. For me, chilled whipping cream ang gamit ko. I chill mo all purpose cream before using it

Hi chef. I did the vanilla buttercream added 1/4 cup of my homemade salted caramel and it turned out just the way I like. Not too sweet and light.

Valine Cabodil from what I saw in other videos, using granulated sugar for buttercream is a no no.

Never tried baking but I wanna try it napo kasi I got free mini oven when I bought our aircon hehe, and now I bought mini hand mixer from lazada hehe so basically wala po talaga kong alam sa baking🤣 very helpful po ang mga tips nyo and pati yung pag mention nyo nung mga tools na ginagamit, hopefully I can buy and complete my own basic tools for baking soon..kasi ang baby ko mas excited pa saken kakanood namen sa inyo😁❤️

Done this today Chef, kinabahan ako sa "curdling state" nagsabaw at buo buo ang ichura nung cream. Pero sabi mo nga "Just keep on mixing" and tadaaahhh...nag bind nga at dumating sa stage nang Rich and smooth, glossy state ang Buttercream ko :) Thank you Chef :)
