    Unlike other SFV players I’ve seen, you’re the best Chris for helping players out there who really wants to improve and learn the game. You are the best man. All I really want to say is big love to you man and really appreciate the effort for creating these kinds of content.

    Awesome. Thank you. I'm always giving away rounds from pressing buttons in the corner or trying to throw-tech.

    Your videos are fantastic man. It's brilliant to have you break down your thought process and examine why you do certain things. Have you got any tips on reading/dealing with command throws? I get taking the normal throw is often the best option against characters like zeku but what would you be thinking if it was Gief who had you in the mixer or Alex/Laura/Mikka/any other grappler? What are you thought processes then how how do you personally deal with that?

    Amazing channel! Truely informative! Can you also explain hitconfirming Akuma/Ken C.mk xx MK Tatsu and explain how important it is in midscreen close up pressure as well?

    What do you do about characters that seemingly never have a end to 'their turn' due to minimal push back and plus buttons. Karin, types? Where the pressure builds up gray life so rapidly, and then the throw shaves of a tremendous amount of life. I get the idea of 'take the throw' but are there nuances? Great videos, keep it up.

      Learn delay tech for blocking and throwing at the same time, then think that back dash will let you escape their pressure because you are airborne if you get hit you only get hit out of the air, not a big deal, also backdash rapidly makes your character hurtbox a lot smaller, moves you away and is throw invincible.
      Now think about this situation like karin does cr mk into shoulder special and her cr mk hit you while backdash, you get flipped out of the air and at that moment you are not able to be hit so her shoulder whiffs and you can punish it by pressing a medium normal, that happens a lot.
      Also you have to decide some times to press a light normal because all that pressure is not real or you can reversal dp when it is real.
      On defense there isn't always an answer, you have to mix it up

      @@ponchuffyxxx would jump back work the same as a back dash? so that I will get flipped in the air if it hits my jump back?

    That zeku was clearly going too aggressive but as a dude who's played zeku for 2 whole weeks neutral can be rough

    I think its all about muscle memory and get used to the game. I really find hard to believe you had all of that thoughts during the match, not even a computer can think that fast during a fast peaced match.

    • @kainanzheng2628
      @kainanzheng2628 5 років тому +1

      you got it half right the muscle memory. But it really requires that much of thinking in high level match, if you don't keep that strategic in mind, people would just destroy your defense easily on that level.

      @Ranma Belmont don't forget breathing and pain but there aren't much pro fighters that know the entire game and have this logical approach. But elite ones they definitely do

      It is possible bro I actually do think that much. If you keep playing too eventually you can get there. Just keep grinding.
      The less you think because you thought about the match before in training the better but you still have to think on what your opponent is doing and with what purpose

      @@omen2034 He has to question things he's being thought, but actually has to practice. That's when you start learning, it's an opportunity for him and try. He's already been told by multiple people here that what he saw is true. Now is up to him if he actually learns from it or just stays the same way.
      No need to disrespect.
