      @disastermaster1413, according to who, you? The person that has possession of a firearm is responsible for what happens when it's fired., PUTZ. Baldwin has insisted that his finger was not on the gun's trigger. That's been proven a total lie. He tried to imply that the gun had mechanical problems. FBI forensics proved that a lie also. ZERO proof that Hannah even put any bullets in the gun. It was unloaded when she brought it to the set table 2 hours before the incident.

      I had initially heard that he wanted it to look more "real", and that is why he wanted to live rounds on set. Of course, we don't know if this is true or not. But, in LA this is what was going around.

  • @heaven7360

    All of this is arbitrary as far as who is guilty and by what degree. One could discuss the guilt of many people involved in the production. Who saw live rounds among the ammo on set for one thing...and how did they get there. It's a spectacle to be watched, these court procedures. Pick your person to blame and hate. Some trials are of obvious murderers who are hideous humans and are so evil they deserve their penalty. Other trials are for people to fill up their time without thinking much. It's more like finding a personality you can find fault with and hate. When it concerns entertainment figures it becomes really sick, i.e. Depp vs Heard.

    • @daCubanaqt
      @daCubanaqt 11 місяців тому +2

      I agree these televised court cases have become entertainment, but true crime has been for decades.
      I disagree about pick a personality to hate. In most cases, the law clearly dictates who is at fault. The armorer, production company, shooter. Those are the people responsible in my eyes. Not because I dislike them, but because they all failed to ensure safety on the set which makes them culpable. I am unsure about who actually supplied the live rounds though because it was either HG herself or Seth Kenny.
