Kinda overdoing it if you only want to make a terrarium (for example) from to time. I think this is more suitable for someone who sells glass articles as a source of income. Never the less: the instructions are excellent and very well detailed. Sadly enough, it doesn't tell how much weight it can take before it snaps, for example if you would fill it with water. And if the products are environment friendly (fish, plants,...).
not sure why so many of y'all thinks there are so many steps when they're just being very careful to make sure the bonding surfaces are absolutely clean. sure, this is fancy equipment that you can DIY, but beyond that it's cleaning, burning off what you can't see (maybe a bit overkill, idk), heating up the area for primer, and just like for acrylic add the bonding stuff. it's UV bonded, so a UV light is needed, which are probably expensive based on the ex's tanning bed bulbs, or take it outside and let it set under the sun like you can do for curing emulsion on screenprinting screens (not the best process, but possible). sure, i'm guessing most are just making jokes about the steps, but for those who aren't joking apparently have never built anything before! lol. not sure what other methods/equipment/materials there are for this stuff, but i wonder if they are any better than this one?
Use clear clear silicone, the one that is used to make aquariums, 10 gal -200 gallons, the glass does not come apart when filled with water. Cost - $ 20.00.
Bohle UV Adhesive Verifix® B 665-0 UV curing · thin and crystal clear · good capillary action · for bonding glass to glass · low viscosity · time-saving · not waterproof over time. So not for aquarium or terrarium. Well suited for glass tables, bookshelves, and vanities.
I'm just going to go out on a limb here and boldly say "Theres nothing "simple" about what is demonstrated in this video". Additionally it doesn't appear to be cost effective either.
i'm going to go out on another limb and say most of this kit is stuff you can DIY, and 'special cleaner' is probably watered down white vinegar that hardly 'specially formulated' for glass. i mean, you're hitting it with a heat gun *then* a torch, so i dare say whatever contaminates are they are burned away.

Just fucking go and buy a Loctice, clean it, apply the glue, and that's fucking it for fuck's sake... He's literally making a surgical fucking operation and I'm watching it like 5 fucking straight minutes to wait and see what the fuck will actually happen...
The F*** bombs were appropriate. I was lead to believe this was an instructional, not a promo. This was the latter. He sure knows how handle glass, but it's really unnecessary for a table. Would've liked a real-world example, not a "lab" example.
How much load can the bond hold? Is there a formula, using bonded surface area, to calculate such loads? The product greatly interrest me, for use in my business, but i would like to access such details...
This would be good information for regular user too and should have been included to video. I'm guessing its not worth waiting a reply from them, but to directly contact the company.
If Bohle is such big player in this field, I would have expected a much more professional commercial at least with a native speaker and not something on a home made video level.
You're the man Big Frank! Hopefully I can get your products in Australia
GLAZING AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES STOCK THE BOHLE RANGE OF UV PRODUCTS.
Prepare to pay $$$$$$$$$$$$$.
It's very string bond👍👍thank you very much for uploading this video
The Chuck Norris of glass bonding :)
Is it aquarium safe? Could it hold water?
6:56 No wonder Big Frank looks a bit knackered after 24hrs of standing up holding the UV lamp
lol lol lol

Use clear clear silicone, the one that is used to make aquariums, 10 gal -200 gallons, the glass does not come apart when filled with water. Cost - $ 20.00.

How does he lift the pump angle suction cup for the glue to go under glass.
Hmmm.. I thought it will be very simple.. Because the word "simply" attracted me..
Is it vacuum compatible?
How to bond it side by side to become single piece of glass without seam?

The instruction in the video can be used for a wider range of applications.
Fuck the Fuckin Fuker, Fuck head 😂

Did you by any chance find the answer?
it is simple he's just showing different clamps you could use you don't have to use every tool you could just use super glue.
3:28 Careful of that tie.
Simply???
is that the man in the ikea factory?
But... I just wanted to make photo frame..
touch you finger with this flame and this glove and you will see how beatiful it turns!
Let someone with a tie show you a lot of bottles and "interesting stuff" and it looks already really a lot.. LOL
Super
good afternoon, my question is this. this type of adhesive withstands high pressures? for example, the use of tanks 200 and 400 ltrs? thx
darito124 That´s adhesive is not for water tanks
They give a damn so much they never bothered to up date the link.
it is a video of HOW its done ....and customers still say ....How much !!!!!!!......and this is why

what if i use silicone selant.,. what is the deference?
Yes, what is the deference? I prefer to refer to defer, if that''s what you infer. Shall we confer or are you outfer lunch?
"Two Roonies" eh! :D
awesome
Now you can see why all the top end bathrooms costs mega bucks .. good information, but rarther like watching paint dry.
More like watching glue dry actually.
Check another options this is expensive and the equipment make it non suitable.
Good
The whole video i thought it was about bending glass
quel bazar pour fabriquer un bac vive le silicone !
Simply they say.... I just broke my mother's glass cabinet smh😢😢😢😭 I'm gonna DIE
Reptillary 4 gulog 2016
and still should remove the tie........
this isn't the easiest way for bonding glass..
Steel wool? On glass? I would have thought that steel wool would scratch the hell out of glass.
0000 aught is super fine like cotton.

Zey are Tescherman, zat ees the reason.
I am so sure that you will find good way to make it on woodprix.
namaste
@6:43 imagine it breaks lol
Or you could save £1000 and 30 hours of your time by just applying some super glue and holding it.
-_-
Alexander Okak
Super glue will pull loose after a short time period....this method holds for many years
I bet Big Frank could make it work with super glue.
If not super glue, Lock Tite.
Wederfull
This is a rip off from DIY Joey. He did his version with plywood though!
its not glass then.....dick
Dilip Kumar
