  • We were fortunate enough to have been a part of the Floating Lantern Tradition on the beautiful Island of Oahu Hawaii. As locals and foreigners alike gather together to release their lanterns in prayers for lost loved ones. Over 30,000 participants it was just a spectacular display of unity and Aloha, we will never forget.

My sister just passed away. Hawaii was 1 place she always wanted to go to. I'm going to suggest the remaining family does this in her honor...

Touching♥️ Aloha🌺 We are songwriters of Hawaii and we just wrote a composition with the lantern ceremony in mind. We wanted to ask if it’s okay to feature some of your meaningful footage with our original musical piece . Mahalo for posting this beautiful footage.🙏🏼

@@Livingtheglobe Aloha, I forgot to mention that we would give you full credit upon your permission. We would just post it on our UA-cam, Instagram and Facebook. It wouldn’t be for commercial use and we would just capture a few parts of your posting. You wouldn’t have to send a separate video. Mahalo for responding to our comment.🌺

@@Livingtheglobe We can send you the instrumental demo that we’ve done as I’m writing the lyrics now for Memorial Day. We’d like to honor our loved ones who have passed and your video is the best that captures the essence of our songwriting🙏🏼

@@Livingtheglobe Aloha🌺 Hope all is well. I wanted to inquire again before Memorial Day. Even 10 seconds of lanterns floating of your beautiful footage would suffice for our original mele (song) tribute. Please let me know if it’s okay🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
