Yes, but it is slightly longer than Camry and has slightly more knee room than Camry! Moreover, the design and the paint quality look poles apart! I have tested both cars! You can also watch Camry videos on this channel.
It's infotainment system, especially the map and navigation, is slightly better than that of Camry.
It has a Mark Levinson music system, while Camry has JBL! It has 10 airbags, while Camry has 9
So there are some basic differences, but yes, Camry is an affordable version of the Lexus ES 300H.
