You was right, lexi is really good at catching those chickens and gutting them lol I hate that the plucker didn't work out as good. We always just skinned ours so I never had plucked a chicken, but I can only imagine how much of a pain it could be. I know we used a old swing set with metal chains on it to hang our chickens by the feet after we had killed them... that way we could just skin and gut them into the bucket as they was hanging, and used a water hose to wash them up as we went along lol...it always kinda freaked people out to see that, but hey it worked.Thanks for sharing with us and tell Lexi and Makalia they done a awesome job!! :)
