About Jackson:
Jackson began back in the late 1970s, when heavy music experienced a flamboyant and virtuosic resurgence in popularity and a small Southern California guitar repair shop became the epicenter of a new level of shred-approved excellence. Ever since then, Jackson guitars have been universally lauded as the metal guitars; the shred machines-highly original high-performance instruments of distinctive style and formidable substance. From metal’s chart-topping peaks to its darkest recesses, for discerning guitarists all over the globe, Jackson is the only way to go.

Randy's sister just made me cry!!
I am so proud to know the Rhoads family. You can really see the passion in Doug's voice as he talks about his brother. Kelle is his stage name. Kathy is so moving. I remember being in the hall of John Muir Jr High in Burbank when Randy died and I just couldn't believe it. I took drum lessons at Randy's moms music school from Quiet Riots drummer Drew Forsyth
Kathy Rhoads looks so much like Randy. She's so beautiful!!!
How Kathy got me excited. She and Randy look like twins. She misses him so much😢😢😢
im proud to announce my first jackson guitar was a rhoads. god bless the rhoads family and god bless randy. RIP randy
Thank you Randy, for being the reason why I picked up a guitar 21yrs ago!
My first guitar wasn't a Jackie, but the guitar that's become my staple since I was 18, has been the Jackson PS4, which I still play to this day!
\\m// R H O A D S \\m//

what randys brother says is so true, randy changed music. and he wants someone to take his guitar and change music with it as his lil bro did, 30 years ago. inspiring words.
Randy was my inspiration for guitar that's why I love the guitar I've read everything on Randy
Randy was the first player I heard as a kid and just said "wow WTF was that!!??!!" Just blew my mind. Killer player.
Randy Rhoads is the Reason I want to go get my degree in classical guitar since I was in 8th grade but not at the same college as him, it's too far for me haha, but I will have one of his signature V's and it is black and that will be the guitar I will be brining with me to college for damn sure, thank you Randy for the years of inspiration inspiration
love and respect for the family, you guys are great people, since I was a little boy in Mexico I was a big fan of Ozzy and when I was old enough to value a guitar my first guitarist I ever lean my ayes on was Randy the first guitar player I ever learn his name and I will not ever forget it was RANDY RHOADSl, thanks Jackson guitars for the gesture to remember the greatest guitar player that has change a entire Generation Y more to come, all the love to the family and let me say that we will never ever forget randy its simply imposible first we have to forget guitars because guitar equals randy , tanks great respect from Baja California Mexico Jan 2017

GOD bless Randy and his family! RIP Randy!!!
OH MY GOD! this is amazing. only 60... dude this is epic beyond proportions. does want.
I bought one of these 60 relics in November of 2011 when I was 18 years old, Literally took me a year to save for it. Great guitar, I was in awe of it when I opened the case. On close inspection the pinstripes on mine were not the same dimension as Randys so I can't really call it a 100% exact replica. Sure is damn close though thats for sure
Awesome Jackson
My first Jackson was a RR serial number 0420, in a flight case with 777 on it, 30 some years later my debit card exp date was0420 and pin # was 777 God bless the Rhoades family!
I don’t think I could pick that guitar up I don’t feel talented enough to even play a chord on it
im glad to own a rr1 we love rhoads hail
fantastic guitar...Randy
woooooooooooooooooow just wow man what a beauty
@MouthforWar78 my dad got to tour it in 1983 and he met all of Randy's family. I got pictures. They so amazing.
Looks beautiful!
cause its a fucking CLASSIC
LOVE YOU KATHY

RR FE 🎸🎀🎸🌟🌟🌟⚘💕🎸🎀🎸🌟
RANDY RHOADS
So thats where they are... I kind of Tought they Disapeared But still His guitars Are Legendary And Trophys For his Family As a Relic
I want at least one replica of one of randy's signature guitar, but the prizes they ask for them are insane.
I mean the cream les Paul, which I think is a 69 if I'm not mistaken
cyansaint 74
72
it wasnt originaly thought to be a 64 then found later a 72 ?
74
It's heartbreaking for me to watch Kathy Rhoads break down when she speaks about Randy.
@DH31701 Yes, that's his brother Kelli. He also has two stepbrothers by his Fathers second wife.
if a little kid got 1 of these, i would definatly be jealous.
I play a jackson pro❤🎶🎸🎶🌟🌎😃nice guitar
I❤ed randy's guitar playing 😎🙂
Jackson: We had to do a replica of Randy’s guitar because we don’t have it...
Kelly Rhoads : Where’s the original?
Zakk Wylde:
wish there was affordable concorde, but the replica is way cool
i rele want one like that. looks so much easier to play then the new ones
I'm sure it was an extremely emotional moment for his sister, but it sounds like she says thank you to Fender guitar company around the 4:25 mark. Scott Ian gets a little look on his face. Did anyone else catch that?
Well it could an easily made mistake but technically she’s right since Fender owns Jackson and would have likely made the final decisions in making the guitar.
Regardless she’s obviously very emotional as she would be.
Fender owns Jackson
I didnt know meatloaf was his brother, cool. RR forever
Kathy broke my heart. I noticed her dress has polka dots. Wondering if that was for Randy..?
Tears also 😢😩
If the Rhoads family are so keen to get these guitars into kids hands then they should just give 'em to kids. *starting with my own! lol. \m/_
Of course his family would ok it. They need to keep living off his legacy.
I bought mine from a typical online guitar store, They show up on ebay sometimes too. If you're looking for a Concorde, I suggest the 1992 LTD model, It wasn't as exact as this, But the craftsmanship is 10 times better. I was disappointed with how my relic concorde played compared to my ltd. Just was not up to par. These relics are more for folks who wanna hang it on their wall or store it away and sell for $50,000 in 20 years
8:15 he says 18th of March 1992 not 82
I love Jackson Guitars! But I've lost count how many times that Jackson has said they will make NO MORE copies of the original Randy Rhoads Concorde guitars. I think they will keep on making them, as long as there are people who want to buy them. This 'special run was done a few years after the 'no more' decree from Jackson. BTW all those overpriced replicas ended up in the hands of collectors and investment/speculation guys. No 'kid' ended up with one of these...
🤟🏻
@VanHalenWorshiper They learned a lot from each other. Still EVH would still have been there out the respect for being compared to him and vise versa on numerous occasions.
@SpaceAceTX
I don't beleive so, I say Dimebag Darrel will be Texas's favorite son.
No offence to Randy Rhoads though, Incredible guitarist aswell.
Great price. Same with his birthday
@DH31701 yes he is
@johnorlitta - I mean Kelly, not Kelli.
@daintym0sh They aren’t. Randy practically invented Jackson, so in homage, they named the guitar that started it all after him.
@metalgod91zb
Interesting. What was going wrong with the guitar? I have a Phil Collen and it has been absolutely bullet proof and I beat the crap out of the poor thing. I have a friend that has a Soloist USA from the Fender era...again it is great.
Is it possible that you got a lemon?
@supexavi0424 No, that was an exact replica.
Me My Old Age Can Of Guitar players That Played Or Owned This Type Of Jackson Ian Of Mike Ohm'Chris Cafferty
the first time I "saw" someone playing a Jackson was Vinnie Vincent
sooner I would know about Randy...
gotta be a pretty rich if any kid got his hands on that
everyone is so gung ho over the frankenstein but i bet that original concorde is worth a fortune.
Jackson=best guitar builders in the world
Randys original guitars are with his family
There must have been planned drawings someplace from Grover Jackson. It's hard to believe Chip would just trace around it on butcher paper.
Fanfuckingtastic
Honestly, I don't care for them, i much prefer the black and gold ones. But how in the heck do you play in the higher frets on that concord comfortable with where the body meets the neck??
How do you get to the 22nd fret on that guitar?
I'll make a difference with it once Jackson drops the price by $13,00 or so .
That announcer doesn’t seem very nice. Which sucks because Randy was said to be the nicest guy you could ever meet.
was that the one that he used ?
I'm pretty sure Randy Rhoads isn't the reason Eddie plays guitar. The only player Eddie has ever credited for influencing him was Clapton.
orion681 no , of course not , they all came from the same neighborhood in California and were all playing the bars at the same time.
yeah, exactly what I thought, put a blonde long hair wig, and it is him
Such a sexy guitar.
Did he say Eddie was there someone?
Wow, looks like Randy beat the shit out of that guitar.
No one will be able to afford it....? They sold out of them in two days and they aren't even built yet!
@daintym0sh I think like you, and really is very sad
I think that if Jackson really wants to fulfill the idea of "putting them in a kid's hands", they should give 5 to charity organisations... I know there's one who's concept is to put instruments in the hands of not-wealthy children who wish to play...
Eddie was there?
Dr Pepper his booth was across from him..Eddie is the master..the genius and innovator
@minpinful really? thats like 70 grand, idk no offense but i dont really believe that.
It was hard to watch Kathy....I really felt for her.
On the other hand, WHAT "kid" is gonna fork over the $14,000 for one of these?
WHAT
Why so much?? What "kid" will find his way to this guitar??
chip ,u son of of a bitch, you did it again
Tf is Scott Ian doing here 😭💀
what planet is that guy on??? no lil kid is ever gonna be able to own or afford one of the 60 guitars made....aren't all jacksons made in china? randy would be pissed....
am i the only one that feels like they're making money off of randy's death?
The RR guitars and artifacts owned by the family must be worth a fortune, no-body would really question it if they were sold for millions of bucks.
I'm interested in the fact it (apparently) took decades for Jackson to be granted access, despite Fernades Japan being allowed to view the Sandoval polka years before. RR models have been hugely big selling, I wonder if Jackson have 'looked after' the Rhoads family in the past?
I truly believe that if Randy Rhoads would not have died not nearly as many people would be talking about him...same thing with Dimebag Darrell. Not many people even knew who he was until after he died...and now he is considered a guitar God when he had the worst tone in the World and without his over use of high pitch harmonic squeals he was just another sloppy playing guitar player who just played scale patterns real fast with no feeling.
Seriously. How old are you kid? Randy was considered the hottest young guitarist around when he was with Ozzy. Winning awards and such. Dimebag was, is, and always will be one of the greatest guitarists in metal history. He was revered and respected long before his death. You're either trolling or a complete imbecile. And you for damn sure don't know enough about guitar to call either one overrated.
melvinbutchhoot You are missing the message being sent. Most of what this individual stated is actually true. It's not that Randy nor Dimebag would go UN noticed if they were still alive. However people when they do pass away do in fact become larger in many respects then they were when they were alive. Despite any of that there will never be anyone as great as Randy Rhoads. Dimebag being a unknown on the other hand prior to his death is in fact correct when compared to Randy prior to his death. In the world of guitar players there is a very very large circle of talents that fall into "The Greatest" category for many different reasons. For instance how does Hendrix fall into that circle when the man could not read sheet music? There are guitar players that are great which is left to personal opinion such as Dimebag, Zakk for instance which would fall at one end of the spectrum. On the other end there are guitar genius's such as Randy Rhoads, Tommy Shultz, Alex Lifeson, Leslie West.
Criss Oliva of 'Savatage' also unusual guitar talent and died young on the road touring but has largely been forgotten.
Randy was planning to leave the band to pursue a degree, I suspect like Gary Moore he may have 'moved' on from metal in time anyway.
Not sure which of you guys were Randy Rhoads fans while he was alive , but I can tell you because I was , and many others were as well , that he was revered while alive !! The day he was killed sent shock waves through the music community !! Like the way Dale Earnhardt shocked the nascar community. Or when Elvis died , same thing. Randy Rhoads was a living legend , who just came on the scene with Ozzy , and was tragically killed while already being a living legend !! So let’s get that clear !! Dimebag , yeah , probably some truth to what you guys are saying , but not Randy , he was a legend immediately !! I was lucky enough to see him on my 16th birthday , and is still best birthday ever !!
I will be nice like Randy. Randy was mischievous/human though. Make no mistake. But still not an ass to people, but a likable human. No great, great guitarist will ever not be revered on this planet. Living or dead. Musicians always know who are at the top of musical talent, and Randy will always be a legend in their ears.
Id pay MASSIVE MONEY for that beast of an guitar. But probably wouldn’t even play it. Randy’s a god. A legend. Eddie Van Halen’s a great guitarist, but please don’t fucking tell me he’s the greatest. People think that because he made such cool pieces with tapping. Randy did so much god damn more than that. His work is incredible. He could tap himself, but his pieces are way better than Eddie Van Halen’s . I’m glad Randy took classical guitar. His sound with his classical influence, is a sound that we would never forget. A really strong and incredible sound. May Randy play like a god up in heaven. Hey, if God himself plays, may Randy play with him. I want people to read this comment. Don’t say Eddie Van Halen’s better than Randy. He ain’t even fucking close. Randy’s just pure incredibility. He’s my favorite guitarist and always will be. I love playing every single song I learned from his work. RIP Randy Rhoads. Play like a God up there pal.
fantastic guitar...Randy
