So good to see you here, Beth. I pray you and your Dr's get your medical stuff figured out. I get the stephen west fomo, I did last year's mystery shawl and vowed never to do it again. I need to focus on the many projects I've already started and planned. Maybe one of these days I'll make it to the meet-up, it sounds so fun. I like to work on mindless round and round projects when I'm in a group setting. Less chance of making a mistake.
Beth! I’ll miss you! Tell everyone I’m there in spirit! I’ve landed in the hospital with a blood clot 😳. I posted in the thread on ravelry in pjknits group!
Loved having some time to chat with you in person last week. Still trying to figure out what that yarn your husband dyed and I won from you last year, which was formerly the Batad for the very unofficial Stephen West knit along for the meet-up wants to be in its next life. No regrets for frogging that. It was a FOMO/impulsive knit, so I get that for sure. Be well.
I'm so glad we had time to connect! I think I didn't have enough information on the knit along. I thought it was just any Stephen West pattern. I actually like the Batad pattern better, now that I've seen a few in person. Maybe someday. I hope to see what that yarn becomes someday!
Beth, have you been checked for autoimmune disorders? I have an autoimmune disease...in remission, but fatigue and brain fog was horrible. Also, after your surgery...anesthesia can cause issues.
I'm planning to go back to the doctor. I need more answers. I will definitely ask about autoimmune disorders. Thanks for bringing that to my attention, Lucile.

Yes! You should come! We have many people who drive from long distances and some who fly in. I think there were six people from Canada there. Join us!

I hope you feel better soon! We're your ears burning? Cherrl and I were just talking about you.
For the most part I only do knit knit knit projects when I meet up with people. 😃 Have fun!
I don't know how people can do it, but I saw a lot of people working on complicated lace patterns. I wonder how many of them are ripping out today. 🤣
