I do the same with the pinata candy and the goody bags. I did something different this year. My kids are 12 and 10. Both born in August. We do their party together. This year we are doing a tie dye party. Our "goody bag" is the shirt. I ordered them from Walmart and it wasn't too bad price wise. I just asked for shirt size when they RSVP.

Trick to keep the ball from rolling ..assuming you used an 8" round cake pan or you have a small shallow bowl you could lay under the runner to nestle the ball in... Cakes can be intimidating good job for hanging in there. Your heart shows in all you do...

However, your tips helped so much! I am always so stressed the day of the party bc i stay up super late and rush the day of. Sometimes I dont have time to get ready! So thank you, im going to make it a goal to work way ahead of time.

Love all your party prep. Your kids will remember all that you did to make it extra special. For the buttercream I whip the butter until pale before adding the rest and even better I like to use the country brand vegan olive oil butter sticks. It makes it bright white without adding violet and same texture
