I’ve heard and listened to a lot of stories like this but have never related and wanted to cry so much to one as I have with this one. The whole thought process where you said you felt like you had to control your eating 24/7 and think about it all the time really hit me. I am in the midst of this process as we speak and I know it’s something I need to do to fix my thought process, so thank you for sharing your confidence to make these changes. Keep inspiring hun 💖
Love this so much, Erin. You look incredible these days IMO, but even more importantly, you’re taking care of yourself and living your life to the fullest now. “You are beautiful, and that is the least interesting thing about you.”
Love your mindset. It’s definitely all about changing that dialogue in our brains and appreciating that living LIFE with the freedom that an ED won’t allow is so.much.better. It’s a daily struggle for me, learning to live with a different body. Learning that where my body is HEALTHY is not the same as where my brain tells me I look better. Thank you for sharing 💙
i’m so so happy that you made this channel. i’ve been following you on ig for a while and i just love your mindset and energy when it comes to food, working out, and life in general. it’s so inspiring and refreshing. we need more people like you on social media! :)
Erin you are such an Inspiration! Thank you for all you share with us, you have no idea how much you have helped me to love my body and enjoy food with no regrets! Also my family is so thankful for your delicious recipes I make every week 😆 you are beautiful woman from inside and out !
You are so amazing! Thanks for sharing your story with others. It’s so important for us to understand everyone has their stuff, and we are all in this together. 🥰💕
i can relate to this so much i am in a point in my recovery my body looks different and it's hard sometimes !! thank you for talking about this and reminding me of how much better my quality of life is now compared to when i was stuck in my ED
I’m not sure if you have, but if not, it would be great if you could post your skin regimen! I just read your blog post on your battle against melanoma and I’m waiting on the result of my first skin biopsy a little anxiously! But I have super freckle-y skin alllll over and def don’t care for it as well as I should so I would love to see a video! Especially from someone with a similar skin tone!
AHHH just thought of something that could be fun and others may love to see it too...a blog post on your favorite sparkling waters (ranked) and also where to find the best deals/cheapest?! I feel like i totally get ripped off sometimes! (and I know your love for them)
This video is amazing, thank you for sharing. I loved the list at the end of the things you did and suggest for others to do to help with these issues. 💕🙌🏼

Thank you, many ED stories don't address how hard the recovery and after the recovery can be.
the during and the after can be the hardest part!
You’re the cutest!
I had allot of family support during my recovery
