No need of RTPCR NEGATIVE. But make sure you are healthy enough. It's tough climb to reach this peak. Nearest location you can spend one night is Bhadrak Bant Square(Close to NH-16) Anandapur (Close to chakratirtha).
Rooms Rooms will be reasonable & pocket friendly. Checkout Dui Bandhu Hotel it serves quality food at very reasonable price.
