- Upgrade my charger for m365 from 42v 10s battery to 50.4v 12s battery.
Когда будите разбирать, будьте осторожны! Клея много налили, отодрать сложно. Я повредил SMD конденсатор на зеленой стороне, пришлось менять.
О резисторе, есть два варианта: заменить один, с надписью 1002 (это 10кОм) на 15кОм, или как я, между двумя резисторами перерезал дорожку и впаял третий, между ними, на 4,7кОм.
Далее регулируем подстроечным резистором на необходимое напряжение, например 50,4в. - Навчання та стиль
For 4.1v per cell (instead of 4.2v), recommend 4.3k resistor. Good video, thanks!

In dat case i need reverse ingenier my CH/BMS cou basily every BMS is need just TOP voltage of batery pack and afted dat a CC method solve remain.. i expect a highed CURENT of course you did solution by INCREASE amount of POWER for almost 80W.. what improve charging some like.. 30minut lower max.. (coz when batery reach 70-80% curent bit drop..).. time to reinvent this video :) thx for suggestion.. nice work.. but under my opinion you fuq up your baterry soon when ESC have no DC-DC source or BMS have no voltage/curent control..
for everyone that doesn't want to wait 2months for the china slowboat to deliver smd resistors, you can also cut the trace behind the 2 10k resistors and solder a throughhole~5k resistor in series. when soldering is done I recommend also burrying the resistor in hotglue, but not to much so the pcb still fits inside the case
What's the max you can get from this charger?
@@edwardyoung7851 Voltage not over 63V (max rating of the condensators on the output side). Power wise I wouldn't go over 80W

@@VincentFischer so basically removing and bridging the 2 10k resistors with 1 5k and adjusting voltage with the variable one.. sorry if I sound stupid I have limited electronics knowledge.
Does the blob of solder between the 2 resistors not go to the component on the other side or is that just structural?

при переходе на 12s можно ничего не менять, а вот для 13s и выше уже надо!

Hi. You can use 48v server power supply with V-out adjustment via PMbus (I2C based protocol ). I will publish my video about it shortly. Stay tuned.
@@Jelsommino useless (as well as the method in this video), just replace the blue potentiometer for a 10k ou 100k one and you can adjust the voltage to anything you want (have to replace the small caps if you want to go further than 63V). Just keep in mind it get hotter at 63V so it may need a fan to cool it.

How? It has to be metal no? Just be careful..
@@proxyhx2075 It is not a proper way of discharging a capacitor. It might damage the capacitor, it might even blow! There is easy way, you can plug PSU to the electric scooter without plugging it to AC, The battery should drain what's left in the capacitor.
But the safest way is to unload it with right resistor. See this for more info:

I managed to charge 50% of battery by charging the scooter whilst it is turned off. However in total it still took about 3hrs to charge 100%
my battery 13.6A, charger give 1.7A. It's mean 13.6A/1.7A = >8 hours

Nope, this can kill a normal scooter. This is so it can fully charge batteries with a higher voltage.
