In the comics it’s revealed he isn’t there father, I always saw them as more his adopted children, but Wanda and Quicksilver are not Mutants but are experiments of the High Evolutionary, and the reason Wanda is so powerful is because the Elder God Cthon bestowed her with a fraction of his powers. Also Wanda finds out he isn’t related to them is because she lays a curse on anyone who shares blood with her, but only quicksilver is affected, but Magneto isn’t.

Just so we’re all clear, as depicted on screen is the respective show and movies, these two are quite different. Lorna is a Mutant (meaning she was born with the X-gene) with the natural power to see and control electromagnetic fields. She believes she inherited this ability from her father Magneto, although I don’t recall this being confirmed in the show.
Wanda is an Enhanced Human, with no apparent relationship to Magneto, who was experimented upon by Von Strucker, a member of Hydra, and gifted the ability of telekinesis which was derived from the Mind Stone.
I wish that the mcu will make a movie with all the maximoff family fitting and saving the world together ❤️💙💚

Closer to Wanda's level? Her beast feat could be connecting with Earth meaning connecting with the Goddess Gaea. While Wanda's already two greatest feats are one: manipulating reality to the extent of creating another reality and then depowering almost all mutants (not all due to plot armour) and her second: defeating Lord Chaos by herself and stating she can even say no more Death.. Polaris is nothing compared to her. And let's note that Wanda is not even a mutant
