One of the first things you'll notice about Colee Hammock is that it’s Quiet… that normally wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but Colee Hammock is situated right next to downtown Fort Lauderdale and actually has Las Olas Blvd running right through it, so it’s kind of amazing how peaceful it is here.
Colee Hammock has a lot of history. It’s one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale and offers a blend of that natural, old Florida charm (like the riverside hotel which was built in 1936) as well as some modern touches here and there.
