This is the main reason why majority of iKONICS are loyal, we have been with them since WIN era and Climax has become our life motto. We are like their mothers who watched them sacrificed their youth to achieved their dreams..
Thanks for the comment. This performance itself is reason to stan iKON, such emotion in the song, you could feel the meaning behind the song. If we had seen the show at the time, we would been iKONICS like you from day one & feeling like their mothers too 😊.

Climax has, over the years become some sort of every iKONIC’s anthem. It really depicted their struggle, the obstacles they had to overcome and all self-composed. They were 6 back then. When they debuted as 7, Hanbin even changed his rap to declare that he carried 6 i/o of the original 5, dreams together with his. They were in their teens (between 16-18) during the competition so the pressure was immense. This is mainly the reason why I love these boys. They sacrificed studies, being with family, just to chase after their dreams & for them to write their own songs. iKON deserve to be acknowledged and adored.
Don’t Forget is one the many fan song dedication Hanbin wrote for iKONICs. When it was sung in the 2019 JP (the first concert w/o Hanbin) the amount of tears shed were unimaginable. The original recording does feature raps from Bobby and BI but during concert since the rappers had their solo and duo stages, it became a largely vocal performance. The vocal layering that Junhoe and Donghyuk did towards the end is definitely worth a listen. You might want to check the rappers’ solo stages especially BI’s One And Only stage.
Hug Me is that underrated ballad. Rather than thirsting after someone else’s girl, the lyrics actually depicted a guy who has been in love with his bestfriend, who happens to be in a relationship with someone else. He spent most days pining in silence (which has become a Hanbin trademark) and wishing to be held. Within the context of the album itself, it actually proved that Hanbin’s composition skills were pretty versatile, from bops to ballads.
I am so happy to hear Jay’s vocals being appreciated here. His most recent cover of Ella Mai’s Trip deserves a reaction.

We could feel the struggle when we heard climax, it had so much emotion that you could feel it. The risk many idol take is giving up their studies is so high as it may not pay off & can put so much pressure on young people but we are so glad that these boys took the risk to become idols as we got to see music like this & like the songs we have reacted to 😊. B.I to change his rap to accommodate all of his group members is so commendable to see. He was such a great leader & we will miss not having him in the group
Don’t forgot was an amazing song already so hearing that B.I made this song for the iKONIC just make it even better that it already is 😊. We can only imagine the sea of tears when this song was performed without Hanbin. We have been informed that the original does feature rap & we should react to the original version at some point.
We can see Hug Me being a underrated song, it’s a good song that people probably don’t appreciate much. B.I just at it again, writing such deep lyrics for all his songs, it just doesn’t surprise us now that he won songwriter of the year.

I look forward to you reacting to Jay’s cover, Bobby’s new song Rest Your Bones & Bobby and Ju-Ne’s Deep Nighy soon, one ofbthe tracks will be featured in their upcoming comeback on the 6th Feb. And you will be heartened to know the title track, Dive was written by BI. As bittersweet as it is, knowing it would be one of the last songs used for iKON’s future releases, it is somehow an almost appropriate thing to do at least until they reunite once again. Ah,Climax are legend song for ikON and iKONIC.When they in WIN(who is next)the called Team B,the members are still 6 people(without Chan)..they lost from team A at this brutal survival..now team A debuted as Winner,and after lost in this competetion YG originally wanted to disperse team B.But some fan make a petition to defend Team B.until finally made 1 survival again with the name Mix and Match for Team B, with members assigned by BI, Bobby and Jay.and the rest have to compete with 3 additional trainers.until the finals are chosen June,Yunhyeong,DK,and Chan complete the formation.and that's where iKON was born!!😊

How they never won against Winner, well that’s something we need to watch & find out cause that performance was something else. We are so glad that they were so many passion iKONICS from day 1 fighting to get our boys together. We could read the lyrics, or we could react to a lyric video? Either works for us.
@@kiwireacts5116 even though they can't beat team A(Winner)but when Winner Debuted BI write a song then gave that song(Empty) as a gift because they debuted and that song was included in the Winner's first album ..even during Bigbang hiatus iKON and BlackPink accounts for the largest revenue for YG.And yeah,you can chooice read the lyrics or reaction video lyrics..we dont mind.Thanks☺
Im impressed that you guys gets to know them better now.. U guys r able to differentiate their voices now.. Thats what i like about iKON, they dont sound the same & their voices blend/harmonize really well together that makes the each songs sound great
Thanks for the comments 😊. We are very interested in watching their survival shows & assuming no copyright issues, we will react sometime to these on the channel. When they are all talented, we don’t think they needed to skip the rappers here. It did take a while but we do know so much about our boys, even to the point of recognising their voices (well at least Skilla can lol.) All do have such unique voices so it does help when trying to identify them 😊.

Climax is the beginning of iKON story.. Have a special place in iKON & iKONICS.. You guys should watch WIN to know where they started of, Mix & Match to know how they r formed as iKON, & iKON TV to know their personality individually better..
Dont forget originally had their rapper line too but here in concert they skip the rap part for they vocal line to shine..
The meaning behind climax song so deep how thought the journey to be that stage thats why everyone cry BI wrote the song and for me IKON song has beautiful meaning not just an ordinary song

climax is "home"for me... im with them since 2013... its rollercoster journey.. proud i said the main reason we ikonic is so loyal to them coz we growth together...we faced everything.... and for first time im listening climax wt u guys since hanbin deprture... oh gosh... major throwback memory... burst to tears.....😭😭😭

Don't Forget was written when iKON was sent to Japan for almost 2 yrs and people specially from Korea forgot they existed with lack of promotions and all, not knowing yg is milking them with money.

Thanks for the comments. Good to know that it was close between the two groups as if it wasn’t then we would have thought that iKON was totally robbed of victory. Would be easy to forget a group if they don’t get promotions but surely now this is not a issue as these boys should be well recognise after all that they have achieved. Im surprised by the fact that you know almost all YG artists, even the CEO. When WIN happened in 2013, team B (iKON before Chanwoo) were only 16-19 years old.

I loved when y'all said that about 1D because I thought the same thing!! And it made me really happy because I was so a hardcore fan of 1D (I'm still am) and I freaking love iKON. They're literally my two ultimate groups of all time. I'm only a DIRECTIONER and an iKONIC. I only stan them♡
Also, they really like 1D too. They did covers for Half a Heart and to Zayn's song Drunk.

We are currently reacting to iKON tv every Sunday till it ends & maybe we might watch win & mix & match after that (assuming no copyright issues), they are shows we do want to watch at some point in time. Something we didn’t realise is that this isn’t the original of Don’t Forget so we will be happy to react to the original version, unsure when that will be so be patience with us & that also goes for the iKONIC debut video as we will be happy to react to this too.
See.. iKON so awesome even before debut.. this Climax video always be a place to iKONIC when something happen to iKON .. bad thing or good thing.. so we can cry together while writing or reading comments in comment section.
The original version of "Don"t Forget " has the rapline.. you should chek it.. coz the rap lyric is good too.
And the last... "Hug me" will always be my fav, but I just suggest.. if you react to song without MV, its better you watch the lyric video.. most of the iKON lyric have the simple word but the meaning so deep ..relatable for everyone.
