I kinda want to see what his reaction was when he found out that the boy he blamed and took revenge on turned out to be innocent as well 😭 Perhaps another comic idea 👁👁

It was so innocent... Thes were laughing, chatting, Gregory mentioning the wedding was a horrible stab, then everything started spiraling into disaster the moment the elevator broke down. Little did they know, all three of their lives would drastically change... especially Gregory...

Yes, the calm before the storm 😭 It’s so sad that the elevator ride was supposed to be only a few seconds long, but everything had to happen at that perfect time. Even if they went in a few seconds earlier or later, they would’ve at least been stuck on a different floor and Manfred wouldn’t have seen them 😭😭😭 Man…

Love this interpretation, and it shows how even the most kind and civil people (Yogi and Gregory Edgeworth) can escalate in the most dire of circumstances. Neither of them wanted to fight - it was out of pure desperation and human instinct.
Yes! They were just regular people put into a horrible situation for many hours. Especially with the lack of oxygen, it’s common for people to lose control or not be in their right mind. Even Miles talked about how he didn’t know why he threw the gun, knowing that it was dangerous. He just wanted them to stop fighting. The whole thing is just tragic 😭
It always hurts me to see things in Media where the Parent is trying to calm down their panicking Chikd, hiding away a much darker truth for the safety and comfort of their baby :(( The " Then we can eat hamburger steaks " line is just like this and made me so sad, knowing that he never got to have a lunch with his father all because of another man's greed
DL-6 As a whole hurt my heart, and this comic hurts it either more, but in like a fun way ( not really since angst hurts my heart so much, but I say that because this was really well made!! Keep up the Great Work!
I agree- I’m sure Gregory was scared too, but he wanted to protect his baby 😢 (They animated the scene a bit more in the Pachinko Ace Attorney game and it was SAD 😭😭😭) All Miles wanted was to spend time with his dad and then go back to school to play with his new friends 🥺 The saddest part is that the murderer became his 2nd dad, whom he came to respect so much 🫠

and the lack of an emergency button. pretty much every modern elevator has one of these for situations just like this. guess the courtroom could be held liable for gross negligence and disregard of safety measures post-incident.
I can't stop thinking about an idea I once had.
After a trial Wright and Trucy (who probably was his co-counsel) come out of the courtroom. In the corridor they meet Edgeworth. They exchange greetings, Franziska storms out of the courtroom saying "I'll beat you next time Mr. Phoenix Wright!". Wright and Trucy head towards the elevator, and Edgeworth takes the stairs. Near the elevator stands a ballif. Suddenly Edgeworth gets a notification on his phone "Warning! Earthquakes soon!". He stops for a minute, and logic clicks. A defence attorney with his child in the elevator, with a ballif, during an earthquake, while an angry von Karma is in the building. He runs back up, grabs Wright by the shoulder and drags him down the stairs (don't worry, Trucy is right behind them). Edgeworth won't let the sittuarion play out twice.
