My first bike was a Honda 350cc. That was ratted out. Slightly extended tubes on forks. Old broken sissy bar with broken bayonet in it. A Schwinn stingray seat wrapped in leather jacket sleeves.. at one point I had vice grips on the shifter peg and a suicide shift handle sticking up next to gas tank.... I couldn't afford good frame and handle bars. Not till my Next bike. A 66 Triumph weld on hardtail and springer front end... Peanut tank... Never had front brakes on any of my bikes. Not my 52 Panhead chopper either

Badass bike, Brother. Love the sound of that engine note. That bike will probably last a hell of alot longer, than a new and expensive Harley Davidson, where a person is simply paying for the name. They're status symbols on my honest opinion. They're much more mechanically reliable and dependable. Much love and repeat, from a life long dirtbike and streetbike rider in New Orleans, Louisiana.....The Home of Mardi Gras.
