I'm valencian and I just saw this video and it made me laugh! I think that maybe this will taste very good, but just for your info we never use that kind of ingredients (we NEVER use coconut milk because we don't have that in our country and also we never use raisings or eggs, it is very rare to see also chorizo, fresh tomato or onion). We usually use chicken or rabbit (or both) mixed with legumes (beans) but valencian rice is usually made with shellfish as opossed to chicken and rabbit paella. I hope you find this interesting ;)
FYI, the Philippines was colonized by Spain a long time ago and this dish is obviously Filipino version which incorporates ingredients readily available in the area and suits Filipino taste.
Thanks for the info! I knew that Spain colonized a big part of South America, but I didn't thought of this recipes being adapted (eventhough it is understandable and very straightforward >_> silly me). I'm sure this must taste amazing :D

Heldz arroz valenciana ay just copy cat ng paella. Ang paella kasi ay maraming version kasi nga ito ay Spanish dish. I do not think they are similar, maybe in the cooking method only. But ingredients wise no.
