The energy that was around in 89-90 was INCREDIBLE, a very, every special time, not just in UK but worldwise, so much was happening positively. ONE LOVE!!✊🙏✊
The absolute master of the 909 just an incredible artist.
To say this is the original audio the sound quality is exceptional. In my opinion this is the one of the best old school rave videos on UA-cam for the all round quality and of course the tunes. Adamski often goes unrecognised but he was a true pioneer and he should get more credit. Live and Direct (the music in this video) is the finest studio produced Acid House album of all time. It absolutely rocks. 1989 - 1990 was something very, very special. A cultural flashpoint that saw the party started, thankfully the party’s still going. Ok you gotta look a bit harder these days but the vibe is still alive and the world is a better place for it...#savetherave #freedomtoparty #stuffthesystem
Cheers Joseph. I had to wait until march 1991 for my first rave when i was 15. but was an acid house fan from 88. Yes still rocking today, lots of oldskool scenes still going. and even nuskool scenes too.
@@oldskooldancemusic1 Im sure you guys will enjoy this classic mix from back in the day. Love adamski too. ua-cam.com/video/tTJQIWvCtY4/v-deo.html
Agreed but live in manchester was brilliant biszare inc
Bought the Live and Direct album on cassette and vinyl in 1990…I’ll never tire of it!
Always preferred the pre Seal version of Killer!!!!
I saw him perform live in the Pacha Ibiza around 1999 one man groove train 🎉🎉
Seen him in London docklands arena in 1990 with 808 state and a few others at an energy daytime party then over to Enfield for a Raindance all nighter.
Never been so happy
Still brings chills to my spine after 27 years. What a guy. Between him and Cosmic Baby They bring the house down!
When I heard Adamski for the first time In the late 80’s, it changed my life
House music, the best!
I was here! Haha. What a night ENERGY NYE Eve 1989. Laughed from Liverpool to Brixton and back at my friend who was driving in a red beret doing Frank Spencer impressions off his cake! Mission. That rave blew my decade and my mind. Where's the rest of the footage, there were other P.A's. Nostalgic times. Thanks for this @Steve Morgan. ;)
was Guru Josh one of the other Pa's?
looks naughty!
Chester is now sadly living on the streets of London
@@alisonshadow7087 He's no longer homeless apparently! Hope he's well!

Wow...8:10 of previous video until 1:10 in this video just encapsulate those years for me...just a brilliant piano riff...saw him in london town and country club in '89 with EMF.. didnt realise how good he really was until years later...it was all sasha, graeme park, dave seaman, fabio, grooverider et al but this guy needs a serious mention in UK house musics' hall of fame...thanks so much for posting..
yes mate

Wish i wouldve been there!! Heard this through MTV! When Mtv was Mtv!!!
lemons have been around from some time now but they still fresh, just love that 909
I once sold ecstasy to Adam!
I remember this like yesterday, great times people just having fun, great music, ok so we did a bit of chemical recreation, but it was unbelievable time to be alive in London. Not sure where it all went wrong in 2022, seems like people take themselves too seriously, more about image less about the tunes, it is now the me generation. 😢
how great the vibes at that time .:)..the spirit never dies..........
the last track just sends me back every time
Best night ever even as a brixton man
