I will this weekend, so pretty timely this video is. Thank you for letting me know what to expect and to realize, despite my typical nature of over indulgence, I probably want a low dose. No blue blob time at my age lol

Yes it was horrendous!! I went into the hospital for one ruptured disc and one completely herniated. Work accident obviously. They shot me with ketamine and frkn fentanyl!! I lost my vision, my hospital bed felt like it was a hundred feet in the air and I couldn’t see!! So scary to me.

Amazing video!! One FYI IVs are not a metal needle in your arm. There is a needle used to insert a "cannula" which is a small plastic tube that actually delivers the medicine. It is totally safe to move your arm after the IV is properly inserted.

IV ketamine is NO JOKE, i cant believe that is an option in a clinic... I mixed ketamine in with a shot of heroin years ago in my opiate addiction. After a second or two (thankfully I had removed the needle quickly) I fell on the couch and couldn't tell where my legs began and the couch ended or vice versa 🙃 I don't remember much after those first handful of seconds tho.
I've been off opiates for over a decade now and have struggled with depression for much of it. Mushroom microdosing (cubes and fly agaric) has worked wonders and probably literally saved my marriage. I'm glad I don't have to spend thousands on K clinics; mushrooms are cheap and easy to grow. Do what works for you tho no judgment just wanted to share my (probably) only experience with the topic.
    Thanks Shelby, love the channel

Hi Shelby. I’ve had 5 lozenge treatments over the past two months. It’s an interesting experience and very different than how psilocybin feels. The experience is short (15 minutes to come up, 30 minutes of experience, followed by 15 minutes to come down. The conscious experience feels mild, nothing psychedelic, mainly a dream-like state and dissociation. It’s pleasant. Nothing revelatory in my limited experience, just peacefulness. I’d sum it up, again just for me, as a substance that does more to “take away” body sensation - like a light dream state without any visuals. The dosage is low and my experience will hopefully change as it increases over time. Not sure. I chose to do this at home instead of a clinical setting.
Great video with lots of good, helpful information. Well done! Thank you.

Ketamine really is an anti-depressant/ anxiety, short term. I noticed that years ago. But ketamine addiction is a very dark world. Tread lightly.

Great content! K has been in my bucket list for quite some time, it's actually one of the few "major" substances that I've never tried before. I'm quite familiar with acid, shrooms, MDMA, DMT and mescaline, so it's a lot different both chemically and effects-wise from what I know. Where I live, in Brazil, there are already clinic based therapy sessions with K, but they are very expensive and prescribed by a doctor. I know a person that went through some sessions but they had no other experience with psychoatives whatsoever. I don't like the idea of trying at a party and also don't have anyone that I trust who have enough experience with the substance, but one day, who knows, I'm both afraid of the K-hole and very eager to go there at least once.

Ketamine sounds interesting, and therapeutic use appears to be very effective. But I wouldn't try any black market K, too much risk of fentanyl contamination.

And also it's more of a dissociative than a psychedelic...

I've tried it in a legal medical setting. If treated properly, it's a FANTASTIC psychedelic. I definitely had visuals with it in complete darkness.

"Can be habit-forming". I wonder why this one is being treated differently by authority. Colour me suspicious - and I am someone who has never even taken anything stronger than alcohol. I'm someone with life-long clinical depression, so I'm always curious about new treatments, but all the ones I have been prescribed have been little more than sedatives and this one sounds little different "these people need to keep coming back"... exactly.
