Amazon Customer Service Desk is full of loop holes which helps Amazon to build up grow the organization by fooling the customers through such big holes by not supporting the customer but still Mr Amit is Customer Centric.

Dear team मैंने 01/05/2022 को, Lloyd split 1.5 ton invertor with wifi assistant purchase किया था par 1.5 ton indoor और 1 ton outdoor unit मुझे भेज गया. मैंने अपने आप को ठगा हुआ महसूस किया जब मैने पैकेट पर 2020 मॉडल अंकित देखा जबकि मैंने 2021 मॉडल order किया था, आप बताये और सुझाव दे कि आप पर कैसे विश्वास करें क्या amazon जैसी कंपनी ग्राहक के साथ ऐसी ही धोखा करती है
I wish I could listen to it as a podcast but it's not available on any of the existing podcast apps. Going to the website and playing an episode one by one is a task actually 😅
Sir. I am a prime seller on Amazon. Would request you to reduce the fees so that small sellers like me can survive. The seller margin is very low and Amazon fee is too high.
Amazon India is such a Customer Centric that if customer wants to escalate the matter, then there is no escalation matrix published in public, the whole final decision is done till Customer Service Desk only, customer cannot go beyond that limit bcoz these Amazon Top Management fellows email and contact details are hidden hence no botheration is taken for customer but still Mr Amit is committed to be Customer Centric only.

Amazon India is losing its customers because of its few poor seller representatives. Due to this after ordering for more than 6 years I finally ended ordering from Amazon India. The customers are worst ever treated by these sellers. Hope in future they will act seriously on this issue.

Most humble person. But, one thing I can tell is that Amazon UI needs huge change, flipkart UI is much user friendly than Amazon.
Sir Amazon fashion is nowhere near to its competitors. Many times I have experienced duplicate products in fashion category.
Listen #yourstory guys !!! I was really excited when I saw the title of this video but when I dived into it I got fed up after 3min. And 50 seconds 😏....reason being, the video becomes boring when someone describes a lot about himself or some irrelevant stuff....what you guys should do is to be direct to the point, question & answers that's it. Nothing out of the context. People who really want to hear Amazon India head will get bored of listening what is already published in the news....video should be to the point and I have watched your channel's other videos too, they are also like boring HR interviews!!!! your are a startup be #beubeyoung
