great thanks alot ... is there any way to show real balance in the accountant dashboard
like i use enterprise so bank account shows misc. in row and balance in row so i have to sum them to know there real balance
that is also so confusing for casher to check his balance

Are you wanting to see the balance showing on the chart of accounts or the balance based on your transactions?

Also another important thing that sometime i make PO then MO with out knowing the actual price that is normal thing in our trade field then i make bill when the vendor tell me the price
So the cost of MO is not correct so i lose cause i make my sales price based on MO cost
How can i fix that 😢

You need to import bank statement and reconcile for the in payment banner to change to Paid.

Yes, that's generally how it works. The only problem is I hadn't registered a payment for the invoice or the bill.

That is strange. Could be a default setting when you created the product like invoicing policy or product type like service or combination?

@@pdestadler1 Yeah, it's definitely fixable, but that wasn't what the video was about. The field value was good, but for some reason the banner wasn't right.
