According to the narrator, the story about the fight in the forest is just nonsensical. In reality, MC followed the traitorous Arden to his meeting with the sorcerer and orc chieftain, killed the orc, then Arden, and then seized the sorcerer.

Well, if by that you mean a story where the protagonist gets revenge on those who wronged them by exposing the misdeeds of those wronged them instead of becoming a sort of anti villain type character and taking bloody revenge on the ones that betrayed through torture, brutal death and so on then my answer would probably yes.
At least he did kill them before he regressed. So hopefully he doesn't turn out a lame MC.
@@ruck-a-tron Yeah, it kinda hard to justify have the central character continue to commit heinous acts when everyone, who pushed you over the edge are all…well unless someone equally hate-able or worse than the previous antagonists comes along, otherwise becomes another hero turns into villain type of story.
