I don't normally comment on YT videos...but when they are this helpful a thankyou is definitely deserved. So thankyou. Just one comment if you reference another similar video might be worth adding a link as it is quite hard to navigate to find the mentioned video given how many you have :) thanks again

Thank you so much for the video.
I'm just curious to know how bank bond calculators seem to be able to show the number of years & months the loan will be reduced by if extra monthly payments are made.
Is it possible to build that into the Ms Excel calculations like you've in the video? 🤔

Suppose , customer don't know how much money he paid. He knows only the loan amount he took first and the current balance of the loan and also the interest rate and the duration of the loan. is it possible to find out the amount he paid ? Example- He took 100 dollar. and current balance is 40 dollar. Interest rate 9%. Time 12 months. How can i estimate the amount he paid ? Is it possible ?

Hello do you have a version of this where you address recasting the mortgage, rather than reduce the length of the loan? Thanks in advance...

If the borrower is not keeping up with scheduled payments and cumulative interest keeps mounting how to accommodate that while calculating ending balance.

I need some help if you’re willing to share your expertise.
I created a very basic table for overtime expenditures with a beginning balance. As data gets entered, I was able to create a “remaining balance” column. I would like to then create a dashboard that reflects only the remaining balance as of the last entry record, without showing the previous balances. Please let me know if you have trouble understanding my question. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
