Short sellers triggered huge sales at the EXACT moment he planned to go live; he delayed this by 20 minutes. You know he was sitting there watching this.
Why's that important?
Because he just proved it's not HIM that's manipulating the stock. And now they have nothing on him.
You cannot accuse a mans live streams of manipulating a stock to his advantage, when he lost 230million dollars profit in 1 morning during them

It's in both the SEC and KG's interest to expose hedge funders; because the market nowadays is so insanely broken due to them. previously untouchable Companies like Nike are being screwed regularly due to massive short positions and influenced news articles, the SEC cant really do anything about it unless there's hard evidence to crack down on; and the best way to get hard evidence I guess is to get an extremely smart, incredibly motivated and un-phased normal person to expose it on the internet; the largest source of eyes watching world wide
And hedge funders will fall into the trap because ALL of them clearly think he's an idiot based on what they've been saying.
People have been acting like the SEC is specifically against Gill; they're not. They're against whoever they get a hunch is manipulating a market, they need hard evidence which is why they dropped the case in 2021 against him.
They have no hard evidence on him, but they now have hard evidence on hedge funders. They monitor the stocks closer than any of us, and they can see WHO and WHEN people buy or sell against a stock, hedge funders trade publicly so they just gave themselves up this morning

They scoured every word and action, hoping for something, anything, to latch onto. But lo and behold, they came up empty-handed.
