    The industry itself has made people not have any pride in their work for 90% of of the workers its just a paycheck .

    90% of the workers today have no pride and that's because non-union construction trade rates are a step above minimum wage. If you go to work & barely survive it takes a toll on you. I'm in NYC and the non-union trade rates are very low so i could imagine how much lower the Florida pay rates are. NYC new construction for low-rise and high rise are 85% Non-union. You have lead electricians making $30- $35/hr with no benefits.
