My wife bought EH influenced by and old one here mom used to have, it cracked after the second use, knowing that the oven was on less than 180c and she followed the instructions in the manual , what is really bad the answers that came back from EH when we put it to the store , it was funny , they need to return back to the original material and design , they are trying to differentiate from cast iron but in the wrong direction , we ended up dumping it in the garbage and returning back to our cast iron , no more waste of money.
I also preheated my ceramic Le creuset form, wanted to make a pizza, but just before 180 C, it cracked and that was it. Normally pizza goes inside at high temperature oven or Dome- 390C. Imagine what will happen in a Dome 👌🏼🤣
