What to do in NUSA PENIDA | BALI - INDONESIA

- Nusa Penida is located in the west part of Bali Island, its located side by side with Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. Speedboat available daily from Sanur. The ride takes approx 30 minutes.
There are a lot of mind blowing tourist attractions there and I didnt get to see them all because I only stayed for one night.
But here are list of places I reccomend
1. Broken Beach (Pasih Uug)
2. Angels Billabong
3. Manta Bay Point (Kelingking Secret Point)
4. Guyangan Waterspring (Mata Air Guyangan)
5. Atuh Beach
6. Tukad Cepung Waterfall
Fyi : renting motorbike is the best way to explore this island. The road isnt very well, by car is possible but it will take much more time. The location from one place to another places is quite far. When asking for direction from locals, you have to use the local name of the place. For example Pasih Uug, if you ask for Broken Beach not all locals know where that is.
If you're looking to dive with manta rays or mola mola, August is the best season. I went there on August last year and saw both manta and molamola on a same-day dive trip😙

Nice videop! Are most of the sites accessible by bike? are there a lot of places to eat or should we pack something for lunch?
is it accessible by bike but it will drain all your energy since one place to another is far and lots of uphill roads. Great question about places to eat! I suggest you to eat around Toya Pakeh area since they are plenty restaurant to choose from, if you go futher away to Broken Beach, Guyangan or others, it will be hard to find any seller, even gasoline.
I plan on renting a scooter is that the best way? Also thinking about staying for 2 nights is that enough time? thanks!

Hi Fiona, Nice Video! I would like to check with you, the rider(the girls riding the bike, she seems local) does she act as rider and guide? (asking from the point of view from someone who can't ride a bike and plans to solo travel).
Tan Chuan Kai nopee shes my friend. They do offer guided motorbike tour though. Right after you arrive at the pier, you can just bargain with them to rent the bike as well as rent them as your guide. Not sure about the price though. Or find other solo traveler on the way! 😆

Hi Fiona could you please tell me if it is more convinient to take the boat (preferably the public ferry) from Padang Bai or Sanur beach. Is there even a public ferry from Sanur? I will stay in Kuta and planing to bring my bike. How much did you paid for your bike? And... can you recommand some cheap and good accomodation
i never took a boat from padang bai, i took speed boat from sanur and rented motorbike in the island for 60.000IDR for a day excluding gasoline. the speed boat price was 75.000IDR one way, although they sometimes charge more for some foreigners. there are a lot of accomodations bellow that price, i stayed at nusa garden bungalow for only 75.000IDR per night, check on booking.com :)

it was IDR 75k / oneway. so return total IDR 150k. they sometimes charge more for foreigners. it was public speedboat, you can not bring your bike along

omg i took so long to reply, sorry i havent been online on youtube that much. staying in toya pakeh right infront of the beach is the best place to stay, because the other villages are quite far and very quite. the non AC room is only around IDR 150.000 per night with fan :)

Aven Kristianus nyebrang dr Sanur harganya 75k sekali jalan naik speedboat. setau ku kalo mau bawa motor sekalian nyebrangnya dr Padang Bai tp ga tiap hari ada boatnyaa

Fiona Poetri I just finished my 2nd visit for diving in this island last week, the 1st one was last year.
I think 450k is for snorkelling NOT diving, please correct me if I am wrong. If 450k is for Diving, even it was 2 years ago, then how many log you can get with 450k? Did your buddy certified? Did you get O2 and nitrox? Was it including dive gear rental or not? Please advise.
For your reference, according to my dive experience at this beautiful island, their down current is extremely strong, and it can came by so sudden. Open Water Diver under 20 log is not recommended, unless you already Advanced Open Water. Back to the price, I will surely choose 450k if it is true.

Dika Rama 450 for one dive but you have to do 2 dives in one trip at least. So it was 900k. I have over 25 logs and the 1st dive was a test dive, I managed to do 2 dives because I did well in the 1st one. The guide has padi instructor license so i wasnt worried or anything. Every gear is included too.
