To start our most illegal street food tour in Adana, we stopped by a small stall for breakfast to an insanely delicious homemade Gözleme.
For our second breakfast of the day, we couldn't miss the famous and most illegal Adana börek.

To continue our street food tour in Adana, we went to have the most illegal chicken doner kebab you'll ever have in Turkey.

Moving on with our street food tour in Adana, we went for lunch to a restaurant that I consider a meat bbq heaven. They sell the most illegal and insane meat in Turkey.

After lunch, we went to have a very famous Adana dessert that we couldn't miss.

A few steps down the road, we saw a gentleman selling from the back of his motorbike a few sweets that I'd never seen before.
For dinner, we went to another meat bbq heaven restaurant to have 1 kilo of one of the most insane bbq chicken ever.

I’d suggest sth but it is rather to Turkish people in places where you travel. Dear Turkish brothers and sisters, just invite max to iftars so he will see the meaning, taste and solidarity in Ramadan. Türk halkının ciddi anlamda misafirperverliğini, ücret talep etmemesini başka ülkelerde görmek pek mümkün değil. Durumu iyi olmasa dahi bir sokak tezgahında gözleme satan teyze dahi ücret istemiyor. Biz gerçekten güzel bir milletiz. :)
Güzel millet olduğumuzu anladı ve "aç kedi gibi başlarında bekleyince benden para almıyorlar" tekniğini de öğrendi arkdaş.
@@saksikafa "Tried to pay but he didnt take it" bunun gibi bir cümle yazıyor ve bu cümle şu anlama gelir: Ödemeye çalıştım fakat o parayı kabul etmedi. Dürüst olmak gerekirse almamaları gayet normal çünkü bu sadece Max'e özel bir durum değil, doğu da videoya alınan ve mahareti gösterilen ve övülen her usta görmediği bir samimiyeti görüyor. Bugün hiç birimiz ustalara "usta çok güzel yapmışsın" siz diyor musunuz bilmiyorum fakat ben sokaklarda göremiyorum... Max'in samimiliğini görünce mutlu olmamak elde değil ve ustaların ödeme almamasında da haklılık payları olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Borek with bakalava layers and the cheese stuffing is so so good just by watching and listening to the cracking sound; didn't see any sauce spread on the top of chicken doner, just chicken, veggie, and the wrap, maybe the meat juice dripping from the spit, unique indeed; salt does bring out all the sweetness in the meat, the fat, and, the grilled chicken is beyond words! What a great evening and the Mosque is magnificent ! Thanks.
